Brad was very professional beginning with when he provided me with my estimate. He spent over an hour at my condo to do the estimate so the final price would be close to exact (with some things that came up along the way added on). The interior painting looks perfect and was obviously very meticulously done. He hung several light fixtures and fixed a lot of drywall issues. Brad is always on time. and because I was not living at the condo while Brad was working, he was great about keeping me informed as to how the work was progressing. If Brad found something additional that he felt needed done, he promptly called me, explained the problem and explained all my options and what each one would cost, which was greatly appreciated. As a young woman renovating by myself, I found that some contractors were not respectful and just assumed I would have no idea what they were talking about and blew off a lot of my questions. Brad treated me as any other customer and was always extremely professional. Finally, he was great about working around my other contractors and was always flexible in terms of scheduling. Highly recommend!
