Brad did a very nice job. Nothing spectacular but I am only paying for the basics. He did cut and does maintain the hedges very well. I like brad and will continue to use his services.

A couple of days ago Brad or his crew cleared my neighbor's yard so it was spotless. They used a leaf blower. They blew everything into my yard and into my entryway and the street and sidewalk in front of my house. It was so obvious as to be laughable except not quite. I showed my neighbor and she called Brad and left a message for him to clean up the mess. When I came home the next day I had to park half a block from my house. I saw from afar that a man was raking in my yard but by the time I got there he was driving away. He had done a paltry job, barely making a dent into the piles of debris, only partially clearing some of the front yard. The right thing to do would have been to clean my whole yard including debris that was not his fault and to leave a note of apology. That didn't happen. Instead my stepmother spent the better part of an hour clearing my yard while I watched my two young children. I am deeply disappointed that Brad doesn't have a responsible work ethic. I will never hire him.

He comes if there is at least two inches of snow, and is very dependable. I've been very happy.

Brad Rosen is the perfect landscaper. I called him to cut my grass and he does so much more. He can do any landscaping project and I never feel pressured or like I am overspending. For instance, my previous experience with landscapers had been that they came every week whether needed or not. I never complained because I figured they needed a steady source of income, but it was a little over-the-top when they would show up on the hottest week when it would be better to leave the grass alone or every week through November. Brad Rosen is not like that. Also, I was so impressed when they showed up to do the leaves and even went on my decks and patios and cleared them. I can completely ignore my yard and not feel guilty hiring a landscaper and it looks perfect. I actually think he undercharges. He is the BEST!

WOW!!!! I emailed Brad because he had a great prices and is local. I wasn't expecting anything more than not having to cut my grass. I was amazed at the work product. His crew didn't just cut the grass, like my other landscaper did for the twice the price, but they edged the lawn and used a leaf blower to clean up the property. I am amazed at how pretty and neat my yard looks! Really, I wanted to call him and complement him on his business, but then I remembered Angie's List and am delighted to give him an A+ rating. He went over and above what I expected.

I was pleasantly surprised, especially since another lawn service on Angie's List, NEVER returned several calls.

Unreliable. Started out strong, but then very erratic, long periods without service or billing, then large lump sum bill.

They do great work! You don t need to call them, they come in and do the job. They bill you on a monthly basis according to the work that needed to be done. They always leave a copy of the invoice the same day they do the work, so you can inspect the work that was done.

Never returned my call.

He is very responsive and his workers did what I wanted them to do. They seem to know about the plants. They are also very reasonable in price. I will be having them come again this fall.

The job is competed in 15 minutes. I am unhappy with the sloppiness in which it is done. The edges look horrible and are often not cut, and the grass is left way too long. I can barely tell it has been cut. When I mentioned to a friend that I had a lawn service come earlier in the week, she was very surprised given the look of the yard. I have contacted Brad to see if he'll come and make it look better.

GREAT JOB, VERY RESPONSIVE. HE RETURNED MY CALL RIGHT AWAY AND HAS COME VERY RELIABLY EVERY WEEK. IT ALWAYS LOOKS GREAT WHEN BRAD HAS BEEN HERE, NEATLY MOWED, TRIMMED AND THE WALKWAYS SWEPT CLEAN.

BRAD ROSEN PROVIDES VERY RELIABLE LAWN CARE. AFTER WE HIRED BRAD'S TEAM, WE NEVER AGAIN HAD TO CALL AND ASK FOR OUR LAWN TO BE MOWED, IT HAPPENED ON A REGULAR AND APPROPRIATE SCHEDULE, THE CLIPPINGS AND DEBRIS WERE REMOVED, AND WE GOT A REGULAR (MONTHLY) INVOICE IN THE MAIL. THEIR PRICES ARE VERY FAIR AND WE WERE ALSO PLEASED WITH THE OTHER LANDSCAPING SERVICES THAT WE HAD THEM PERFORM.
