replacement windows
+ -1 moreWhen they were out they didn't bother checking all of them they just looked at the two. They ended up coming out 3 times. One window they didn?t accomplish anything with and the other window they replaced the springs and they do not work anymore. Then after they fixed the one successfully, I could only get it to go up and not down. I asked them how I can make it go down easier and they told me they can either make it go up easy or make it go down easy and its up to me.
Description of Work: I hired them to check all my windows and fix two of them.
