We first met Carmen when he gave us a project estimate for a house we were considering buying. We didn't end up buying that house, but the positive experience made us eager to work with him when we eventually did find a house. Carmen provided us with quick estimates for the work to be done. Carmen worked with us on the design to make sure we purchased the correct materials in the correct quantities. When possible, Carmen was able to help us get a better price on certain materials. The project involved working with a third party countertop vendor, and Carmen arranged his schedule to make this as seamless as possible for us. Carmen and his team showed great care and professionalism when working in our house and took time at the end of every day to clean up the area. Carmen went the extra mile solving problems as they arose, finding creative and cost-effective solutions - including matching existing wood stains and improvising trim to match material that was no long available. Carmen works with a small team which meant that conflicts sometimes extended the timeline. However, we are very happy with the end result of each project. Our house looks great, we feel our money was well spent, and we would definitely recommend BNQ to others.

I am very pleased with the final product of the work that was done. It is very professional in appearance. It has been great working with Carmen. He is very knowledgeable in his profession. He has been available to answer questions as I was picking out new bathroom fixtures and flooring. He was also help when deciding on how to organize an old closet that had just been an open space in a den to a closet for a bedroom. He would take the time to explain things and present me with options. It has been a pleasure working with Carem and I would highly recommend him not only because of his work, but also his professionalism.

I would certainly recommend BNQ to others. They have a very good work ethic, are reasonable, reliable, always deliver a great product and do a very good job with their work.

Work began promptly and workmen were present daily until job was finished. They were careful and responsible. Handled problems appropriately. Fair in pricing. The job took considerably longer than estimated, but workmanship was good. Very pleased with results.

Carmen Pasquoelli and his family are a pleasure to work with. Estimates were realistic, they understand client wishes and preferences, work is of high quality. Communication is great. Carmen emails, texts & is patient with you.

We have had only good experiences with work done by BNQ over several years, but we only comment here on the August 2009 work. The painting job was done while we were away so it didn't disrupt our lives and most of the paint smell was gone when we returned. Like any painting, the end result depends on careful selection of colors and Carmen worked closely with my wife on color selection. We were here when the other work was done, and when Carmen was able to "save" our countertop we were thrilled. It took careful, meticulous carpentry to remove the rotted portions and fit and secure the replacement wood support. 5 stars on that one! The doors project originally started without the entry way as part of it, but when we discussed it with Carmen he noticed the soiled carpet adjacent to the exterior door and he and my wife discussed options which evolved into the tile replacing a section of carpet. It looks great, and if it rains this year like it did last Memorial Day when we host the family for a deck party, we won't destroy our newly cleaned carpet. Carmen brought 3 or 4 tile samples in different shades of grey to our house so that we could look at them - important because we have grey tile at the base of our fireplace in sight of the door way. We couldn't be happier with the total outcome. If BNQ is going to be delayed in doing something they have always contacted us to give us a heads up - both the reason why and when they will be back on our job. This is not a big company. Carmen takes great pride in BNQ's work and I think that he is careful not to over extend/over schedule what they can do in any time period. We will not hesitate to use them for future work.

Carmen and his men put in a ceramic tile kitchen floor in my investment rental. It was my first experience using a contractor and it was extremely positive. He did fantastic work at a great price. I left basically all of the choice about what type of tile, grout, etc. to use up to him and he chose wisely. I am a Realtor and I see kitchen floors all the time, and this is a beautiful one. He was professional, always reachable, got the job done quickly, and he even did a few other things for me that I hadn't expected that needed done just to be helpful, as BNQ is general contractors who do many other things but specialize in ceramic tile. Excellent experience!! I will absolutely use BNQ again in the future.
