 + -1 moreIt was awful, never told me how long I would need to wait, heard nothing but Mother ****** this and that in the back room, the whole 2 hours. When my car was done they told me I needed to spend another $25 because I had so much dog hair! [should have told me first], so then I said well I want a discount for having a convertible and you did not have to wax the top half on my car. NOPE. I do not make the rules is what the guys said. Then when i got to my car, my right front mat was missing, and i saw the guy pull it out of their trashcan. So it was not cleaned. The whole experience was awful.
Description of Work: I asked for a $99 car detail which includes wash, wax, windows and vacuuming.

Description of Work: I visited Blue Wave to purchase a gift certificate for a birthday gift. |Mark, the owner, waited on me immediately. He explained my options for detailing, and noted that the gift certificate could be used for any service they provide should the recipient choose not to use it for detailing. |I found them to be attentive and professional. I am looking forward to seeing the product, as the certificate has not yet been used.
