Description of Work: Replaced concrete pad (20L X10W and partial pad 5L x 10W), wall (20 L x 3H) and steps. Rewired garage and added outdoor outlet to the front of the house.

+ 1 moreDan Betz was professional and courteous and we immediately knew that he understood our concerns about the new walkway we wanted. There was the need for a French drain and appropriate grading. He resolved all concerns and questions and produced a beautiful finished job. The glass block windows look great and believe me they had to go in odd sized windows so this was no easy task. Dan returned all phone calls and kept all appointments. He did a cost analysis with us and worked hard to stay within our budget.
Description of Work: - Concrete walkway along side of house Old walkway dug up and removed. Concrete needed to be graded away from the house to prevent water from leaking into family room. French drain put in along side walkway at the lower end of grade. -4 Glass block window Several of the windows were an odd size with concrete window sill on the outside. - New slab of concrete off front steps replace 5x5 slab of concrete. - brick up old basement window Window was paneled over on the inside and was unsightly on the outside - Several other small concrete repairs
