Description of Work: The plumber from Benjamin Franklin performed an emergency replacement of a burst line to a refrigerator ice maker. The plumber was excellent and professional. My only reservation, such as it is, is about price; these guys do good work, but don't come cheap.

Description of Work: Replaced toilet, replaced toilet tank parts, repaired sink faucets. While the plumber was very professional and nice, what I thought was just maintenance work turned out to be a much larger job. The toilets are running smoothly, the faucets aren't dripping and I have one brand new toilet. He couldn't fix one faucet-I understand why, but question myself as to did I really need a new toilet?

Description of Work: The "deal" that they gave me for Angie's List was different than the deal that was advertised by Angie's list. Much more expensive. Work was done promptly and has not leaked since so I'd say it was done correctly. Still, I don't think this was handled properly.

Description of Work: They promised a call so that I could meet them at my home on a work day, it never occurred. I received a call from the plumber directly after he had already arrived. | |Once in the house he pulled a price sheet out and quoted me nearly$300 to simply replace faucets in our bathroom (no attempt at an estimate was given on the scheduling call, even though I asked for one. I was told they couldn't provide one, but the pricing was given off of a laminated pricing sheet in the end)

Description of Work: Review of service on 10/19/2012: 1) waited 7 hours for an appointment. 2) promised a call when the plumber was on the way and this was not performed. 3) 10 min after the appointment I call Terry at Ben Franklin plumbing who said he would be there in 10 minutes. 4) waited 15 more minutes for the plumber to show up and give me an estimate of over 400.00 to replace a leaky elbow. Please do your self a favor and not waist your entire day for this kind of service

Description of Work: I hired Benjamin Franklin to replace a toilet drain pipe that was leaking and to replace the toilet. He did this all in one day and a half.

Description of Work: He repaired my reverse osmosis system, also repaired my garbage disposal.

Description of Work: TIM INSTALLED A NEW SPIGOT OUTSIDE FOR ME TO WATER PLANTS. HE ALSO PUT A STOP VALVE INSIDE SO I CAN SHUT THE WATER OFF IN THE WINTER. ALSO INSTALLED A SPIGOT FOR THE LAUNDRY TUB IN MY BASEMENT.
