Bee Windows & Gutters

I was called the day before the workman arrived. He also called when had finished the job. The gutters are too high for me to inspect, but that evening it rained a lot. The previous problem did not occurred. I would definitely call them again.

Arrival time was prompt and the job was handled very professionally. Cleaned up all the debris that had fallen in the mulched areas.

The folks at BEE Windows & Gutters promptly returned my email inquiry with a phone call, the same day. They gave me an estimate over the phone, after looking at my house on Google Earth (hats off to BEE for using technology in their estimate) and set up a tentative date, since gutter cleaning is weather-dependent. As promised, they called me back (Sunday night) to schedule the cleaning for Tuesday. When I arrived home, I noticed the invoice on the front door and immediately did a "walk around" to see their work. The debris I saw in the gutters, over the weekend, was gone and I didn't see any of that debris on the ground. Great job - work done as promised and priced as promised! I will use BEE Windows & Gutters again and will refer them to my friends!!

They responded quickly to our phone call and scheduled an appointment for the next work day. They arrived on time and did the work quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up afterward. The price was what they had quoted. All in all it was a very professional job. I would hire them again if I needed them and I would recommend them to my friends and family.

They arrived on time. I didn't know they were here except my dog barked. They went about their work quietly and then left. I can see the gutters on the lower roof, and they were totally clean. A great job.

They were great. Received a call back the next day, and they were out to do the work by the weekend. A great job.

I emailed them, and within 5 minutes, got a response to call them. I called they added me onto to their next morning run f work, first! I had left a ladder next to the pipe, just too tired to put it away. So at 7:15 am Saturday, they showed up, repair it, never woke me up and left an invoice in the door. The cost was the minimum amount he thought it would be. AMAZING!!!!! Price was super fair. Just the best!!!

Perfectly. I submitted the request for info on a Sunday and didn't expect to hear back for a couple of days. But they returned my call about an hour later, provided an estimate within a couple of hours, and scheduled the work shortly after that. They came when they said they would, and they cleared the clog in our downspouts. We have a three-floor house, so it was a tall order. :-D I couldn't be happier and will definitely call them again come Fall and next Spring.

Excellent job all around. I plan to use them again in the Fall.

They 3 men split their duties. One unlocked each window and removed the screens from the inside while one placed ladders against the side of the house. The final man started washing windows quickly and proficiently. An hour and a few minutes was all the time it took for the 3 men to complete the job including locking the screens in place and locking the windows

It went well, very well; they were very personable and very nice to work with. I never actually saw anyone, just spoke with them over the phone. They came by to do the work while I was still asleep and by the time I woke up they?d finished the work. Everything looks good.

3 man team showed up 1/2 hour early (great) and went to work immediately. They finished the entire job in less than 1 1/2 hours. The windows look great, but I do not think they spent enough time cleaning the sills...possibly because they were very dirty and needed more care. Only one down spout gutter needed work so that was fairly easily done. Two days after the gutters were cleaned the one that they had to take apart, collapsed during a strong rain. I called them and they were able to repair downspout the same day I called. That was great service. Even though they were highly efficient in completing the work in less than 5 man hours (3 men for 1 1/2 hours total), the $400 total price seems a little high, but they do guarantee their work, were responsive when the downspout collapsed, and did have to go up on ladders. I would use them again

The service was quick and professional. BEE was very responsive and helpful with the appointment scheduling. I will definitely use them in the future and I would recommend them to everyone.

We were able to set an initial appointment the day after speaking on the phone, but unfortunately the crew got rained out by thunderstorms. They instead came on the following Sunday, which worked out well because I was home and could give them some additional direction. The crew was fast and efficient in their work and didn't leave a trace when they left.

Bee does my window cleaning (60 windows) and gutter cleaning. They are the best window washers I've ever had. They are so quick to come when I need them. They always show up as scheduled, on time, and do immaculate work. I think their prices are very fair.

We scheduled the appointment via phone after inquiry through Angie's list. Everything was smooth. The replies were prompt and the work was done on time. Overall a good experience.

The whole process was very smooth. The company was able to give me an estimate over the phone just by looking at the house on Google maps. They did miss the garage's gutters, but the workers asked about it and added it on when they came. The workers were professional and even alerted me to some issues on my roof I was unaware of.

Appears to have gone well. We were not home when the service was completed, but the gutters appear to be clean and run well. There was an occasional overflow before the service was performed, and that hasn't occurred with some of the rains we've recently had. My only complaint is that some of the debris from the gutters ended up on the driveway and yard. It didn't appear to be taken away, just cleaned out of the gutter and dropped onto the ground. Some of the mesh that covered the gutter ended up on the ground too. I would have expected all of the debris to be taken away.

Arrived, went to work right away, cleaned all debris everything left clean. Very satisfied.

They called and said they may be able to clean the gutters end of the next day, they came early the day after but that was fine for me , they worked quickly and efficiently, very courteous, did identify that my gutters were not properly slanted to drain well. Price was very reasonable, I will definitely be calling them for the late spring gutter cleaning since I have a lot of trees very close to the house and the blossoming buds always fill the gutters even though I have wire mesh gutter guards on.
