Great job. Couldn't even tell they were there.

It went very well. Kitty called us the day before they came out to confirm the service and they cleaned our gutters while we were at work. This worked out to very convenient for us and they left the invoice in the door. Simple, reliable, and excellent service!

There was two things that struck me, there is a women that answers the phone. She was wonderful. Its like having a relative take care of you. She was incredibly kind. We still have some leaves on the trees and I called them and asked them to delay the service. I called them back when all the leaves we off the trees and they had someone out within 2 days.

When I called there was a professional attitude, and my information was taken, and she gave me a window and said she would call to let me know the exact day. The company called to let me know the day they would be coming. I was glad I would be home since it was the first time they had cleaned gutters for me. Overall, I was pleased with the results, but sad that I did not hear them arrive or clean the gutters...the gutters were clean when I looked though. They were very quiet! I got the bill in the door and sent them a check. I can't provide any details because I didn't see or hear them. I do wish I had been able to meet them and at least make some kind of contact. I also had wanted to ask them about a leak on the back corner.

Did the work on a Saturday (convenient for me), very professional, and completely cleared the packed gutters. Arrived on time; will definitely hire again. Gave me a 10% discount because I had an Angies List coupon.

Cleaning went fine, There was a problem in scheduling.

Scheduling was very easy. I called them up early in the week and they were able to get me on the schedule before the end of that week. When they showed up, they got immediately to work and were done very fast. Cleaned up all the debris that came out of the gutters. I've used them before and would definitely use them again.

I got a phone call the day before they came and did a fantastic job with the cleaning of my gutters. I would highly recommend Bee Windows and Gutters.

FANTASTIC! My gutters were LONG OVERDUE for cleaning. Bruce called me back within 1 hour when I contacted him by phone to arrange an estimate. He came out the next day to provide an estimate. Very fair estimate for the extensive work i needed done. i was actually expecting to pay much more because my gutters were in need of such heavy cleaning. His super-friendly crew arrived EXACTLY on time, worked quickly and professionally. Total Pros at ever step of the job. THIS is what you hope to find in a company when you need this type of service. Fantastic experience!

Just fine. Made a call on Wednesday and received a quote and schedule the same day. They arrived Friday and cleaned my gutters and made a few small repairs. Advice was asked regarding a few gutter items but no action resulted. They were quick and left no mess.

3 guys came at 8:00 on the day they were scheduled to come. They worked for about rwo hours. I have old fashioned wood windows with storm windows. They said they usually only wash the exterior window, ,but I had them remove the storm windows and wash the window under the storms. I usually don't remove those storms since they are heavy and too high for me to reach. No problem for these workers. They cleaned up with no debris left behind. Well mannered and patiently answered all my questions and concerns. I'll have them back in the fall after the leaves are down.

I expected "sparkling" but they were not. However, when I called back, they came immediately to rewash the windows that I mentioned. And, I may have had unrealistic expectations as the windows are older.

They were very prompt in responding to my request and scheduled for when I asked. They were very agreeable to return and redo some windows when I said I was not satisfied. I have never had windows professionally cleaned; but I expected sparkling and they were not. However, the windows are older and I will admit that some of the windows were initially very spotted with bug dirt.

It went very well. I called them and they were out within a couple of days.

I was able to schedule service in a matter of days after I phoned for an estimate. We have an "L" shaped ranch, so there are a lot of gutters. At least four of the corners were leaking. George and two workers arrived on time, and efficiently completed the entire job in 45 minutes. He noted the previous corner repair had been done correctly, but had aged and was worn out. George really knows his stuff. He immediately pointed things out with the gutters that I had not noticed before.

Came out and cleaned gutters while i was at work. Great job, left bill on doorstop. Very convenient, gutters were cleaned well. Will use them again.

During the week of Nov 9, we received an estimate from BEE to clean gutters and pressure wash selected portions of the house. We might have been able to get a better quote elsewhere, but I signed off on the estimate on that day since Bruce, the owner, said he could get the work done early the following week. When I hadn't heard from them by Nov 19, I called and was told that there was a scheduling backup but that they would be working this Saturday and they could fit me in then. On Saturday, Nov 21, they cancelled after one of their service trucks broke down. They wanted to reschedule for the following day (Nov 22), but I asked for a postponement since the high temperature on that day wouldn't even reach 40 degrees and I was uncomfortable with them pressure washing the vinyl siding when the temperature was so low. We were warned that if we postponed that they wouldn't be able to get to us until the week of Nov 30. We told Bruce that we were fine with that. Then on Nov 30, they called to ask about coming out on Dec 1-- which unfortunately was not going to work since it was the one and only day we had work scheduled for the front of our house, making the gutter cleaning/pressure washing job impossible that day. Because of this, Bruce then told me he couldn't keep our name on the 'to-do' list any longer and to call him when our schedules would allow for the job to get done, keeping in mind that they would be scheduling 7-10 days out. If I had known about how difficult the scheduling was going to be when I signed off on the estimate, I never would've agreed. Now we are one day from December and still needing our gutters cleaned. I understood that BEE was trying to coordinate jobs as best they could, but the 'take-it-or-leave-it' approach that we were given was not appreciated--especially when THEY were the ones who cancelled our first appointment on the 21st. We don't think our scheduling concern (temps too low for pressure washing) or 1 day of non-availability (due to previously scheduled work on the house) merited being dropped from their job list. In hindsight, with winter approaching we should've just had BEE perform the gutter cleaning and had the power washing postponed until a later time.

Things went pretty well. I would probably use them again. I do not remember a problem with time so they must have been pretty prompt. It was just the quality of the job. It was not quite as good as I get. It was close but not quite.

It went very well. The crew was great and my gutters are clean. The appointment was scheduled easily and they showed up when they said they would.

After many unsuccessful attempts with other businesses that never responded or show-up, it was a relief to deal with someone who actually came when they said they would, did the work as promised, projected a professional image and had great back office support.

This is the second time I've used them to clean and flush gutters and downspouts. The entire process from initial contact to completion of job was timely and very responsive. I would highly recommend this company.

With all the rain we've had, I had weeds growing through my gutter shields. Went to Angie's List and found BEE Windows and Gutters. The woman who answered the phone was helpful, took all information and said they would get back with an estimate. The estimate was affordable and they immediately set a date (afternoon) to complete the job...within a week. The three men who did the work were friendly, professional and quick. I plan to use them again.
