Description of Work: Cleaned the exterior gutters, installed gutter guards over existing gutters. Very good job cleaning gutters and installing gutter guards. Next time will ask them to haul away debris found in gutters rather than leaving it by the side of driveway. Overall, very satisfied with work performed.

Description of Work: Well I didn't use this provider to actually do the window cleaning. They did provide a free estimate and the gentleman was very professional. Based on the local person I got to do the windows I will say I would call bee to come out and do the work the next time around.

Description of Work: I called Bee Windows and Gutters and was pleasantly surprised to find they could come the next day. Two young men came. I am ashamed to say that I had not cleaned my gutters for close to 20 years. Once they finished cleaning the gutters (didn't take too long for my duplex is small), I reminded them to check the problem with the pipe on the wall fronting the street that goes down to the front garden. I had recently found moisture damage inside my basement on the wall facing the front of the house, so figured the pipe to be clogged . They were somewhat reluctant because they considered this pipe not to be part of their job. After my asking them to check this out anyway, they found the pipe was blocked by the roots of a nearby tree. They suggested for me to hire a plumber, for their job was only to clean gutters. Would I use them again? I might, but I would first determine just what the job is supposed to be.

Description of Work: They used blowers to clean gutters. It happened so fast that I did not know if they cleaned the downspouts -- they did not stop afterwards and explain, for example, "We looked at all downspouts and they are now clear. One was partially clogged but we cleared it out." Nothing like that. It was just over. They may have done a great job, or not. I can't tell and this not good from a customer perspective.

Description of Work: they were very responsive to my voicemail. they quoted a fair price for a high roof, stuck to the price, and did a good job. quick, efficient, and no messes on the ground. will use again. out in the south hills i havent had luck with others.
