Bee Windows & Gutters

Bee Windows and Gutters were the best. Good Price given that they had to deal with Gutter Helmet in the way. Couldn't call them due to warranty issues (long story, avoid Gutter ****-junk at all costs). Call these folks instead, they'll do a great job at a fraction of the cost.

Great work and done very quickly. Scheduling was a breeze also.

There was change up of the schedule, due to weather, but they eventually made it out and cleaned the gutters.

They came quickly. They came and supposedly did it but they didn't do a very good job. The front gutter that wasn't even high was full of sludge. But when I got up there in June like a month later, it was filled with sludge. And the roofer said this gutter was never cleaned at least not recently. They came out because they were a local company, they could come out pretty quickly. But nobody cleaned that front gutter. They were out in two days. They were polite, but to be honest they didn't sound professional.

I scheduled a gutter cleaning and was told they would come within a week. They called back two weeks later and gave me a date and time for the cleaning. Three workers showed up on the given day and time. They worked quickly and cleaned up, took 15-20 minutes. The house is a small 3 bedroom ranch with 5 downspouts. I received a bill in the mail which I promptly paid. I thought the price was high considering the senior discount.

BEE was quick to respond to my call. They googled my address and gave me an estimate by phone. They came when they said they would. My only complaint is they didn't clean up the mess. The gunk from the gutters was thrown onto the driveway and yard and left there.

They informed me when they would come so that I would have the windows ready to clean. A crew came and finished up quite quickly. I thought the price was reasonable as I have a large 2-story home.

I know the gutters were $80 which seemed a bit high. And they really just took the little center part out of the gutter. The part over the drainpipe. I liked the fact that they came because it was hard to get somebody to come right away. They didnt do the greatest job on the windows and I thought the gutter cleaning was high because they just cleaned the part above the drain pipe. They were nice.The guys were very nice. I was out when they came and I just happened to come home while they were finishing up. He told me my one gutter in the back was full of water. He said i might want to get that cleaned. I said well you guys are here can you just do it now. He said yeah and they did it in 2 seconds. They just lifted the little basket that goes over that pipe and he goes this is what was full. They threw the stuff out. They did that in the back and then in the front. They might have charged more because they were packed up and ready to go and had to get their ladder back out to do the gutters. But they were here, so I dont know. And it only took like a second so I dont know. The gutters turned out I guess ok. I have not been up there looking at whats going on up there but they did take some junk out of there. My upstairs windows were not done great. I recommend they clean the window better. The windows were less to clean than the gutters and I have a lot of windows. It just seems that the gutters and the windows were kind of both alike I guess. The windows were like $90 and the gutters were like $80. It just seems like the windows would have taken more time and more effort. The gutters were done in like 2 seconds. C for the windows. They were nice, they were good. I wold be here more so if they came back so that I could see the windows that they did not get so well.

Do not use! Bee Windows and Gutters accepted the job on June 22, then did not communicate when it would be done. Three weeks later, after numerous emails and phone calls requesting a service date, they scheduled 7/10. Bee Windows and Gutters never showed up, and never called. When asked if they would reschedule 7/11 after missing their appointment, they continued to pass the date further back. Unprofessional, and lack communication.

Wonderful! The original date we picked was super windy and they had to reschedule- but the guys showed up early the next day and got right to it! They were kind and thorough and explained what they were doing. The woman, Kitty, who called to schedule was super kind and prompt and tolerant of our accidental game of phone tag.

In order to get to the third floor windows the 2 men needed to walk thru our entire house and climb out of window onto a lower flat roof. We were so pleased that they took off their boots and walked stocking footed thru the house not leaving a speck of dirt in their path. They were very polite and did an excellent job.

Pretty well. It’s sometimes a wait to get them scheduled.

Called BEE since they had excellent rating for BBB and Angies. Called and asked to schedule the appointment. Had a bad storm and I knew that my gutters needed cleaned since I had been putting it off from month to month. They had a cancellation and came to my home - Did an excellent job and I will call again in the Fall. Great work.

The job was done quickly and efficiently. There was a question about being able to do it since I called so late in the season, but they were able to fit me in before everything froze up. I will definitely use this company again.
