Bee Windows & Gutters

I asked for them to contact me via the Angie's List website. They promptly contacted me and gave me an estimate over the phone when I described my house and the problem I was having with my gutters. The scheduled a day and time during that same phone call. They arrived on time and did the work quickly.

The customer service was fantastic: I called on Monday morning and was given a rough estimate, which I accepted. The gutters were cleaned on Tuesday (the next day!) , with an invoice left behind my screen door. Great service, I will definitely call Bee Windows and Gutters again and recommend them to my friends who need gutter cleaning.

All the Gutters were cleaned well and I noticed that they refreshed the "arch" in the gutter to make it drain better - this was just a little extra they added at no cost. There wasn't any mess around the gutters they cleaned. All cleaning was completed within 2 days of my first contact with Bee. I woould definitely use them again.

I called them. They returned my call the same day and showed up 3 days later (only because of the weekend). Their work was professional and I'd recommend them to anyone. I certainly expect to have them back

I got them off the list. He was very prompt and he came out and talked to me because I did not know if there was a problem with my gutters because of all the snow last winter. There wasn?t and he cleaned them and they were fine. I spent $100 on that service.

They do a great job and it's worth every penny.

I left a message when I first called and was called back that evening. Bruce came out to do an estimate and was quite prompt. We were scheduled for the next week. Bruce called the night before to set up a time. He wanted to come at 7:00, but that was a little early for me, so they were able to start at 8:00 instead, which was nice. The three person crew came promptly. They were quick, efficient, polite, and professional. The windows look great and I will definitely be using this service again. The price is a little more than I've paid previously, but they did a fantastic job.

they came and I did not know they were here. We did ask them to take the gutter guards off, They did forget to do that. They called me and said they would come back or they would do it the next time they came.

Initial evaluation was performed quickly but weather delayed performance of the work. When weather allowed, BEE was prompt in responding and completed the work in a neat and thorough manner.

Bruce was fantastic - provided a written estimate within 24 hours of our initial contact, and did the job the first day weather permitted. He kept in close contact and even called the night before he showed up. I'll gladly use BEE in the future!

They were excellent in terms of responsiveness. I got their name from Angie's list called them, they did an estimate the next day and three days later they did the job. All was done to satisfaction and the price was right on the quote.

They seem to be a family run business. They perform excellent work, they show up when scheduled, and their price is very fair. I would recommend.

These guys were fantastic. There is absolutely no cleanup afterwards, they cleaned the gutters, checked the downspouts and showed up when they promised. I will definitely use them again

I called for an estimate on Wednesday and received a written estimate in my mail box the next day. The work was done the following Monday morning. The crew arrived on time and were finished in an hour. They cleaned all gutters and washed all windows in my 3-story rowhouse. The price charged was the same as the estimate. I am very pleased with the results and will definitely use them again.

Bruce was very prompt in returning my initial call. Due to the weather the cleaning had to be delayed though. As soon as there was a good day they came out and cleaned the gutters. He was there with 2 other guys. It only took them about 1/2 an hour to clean everything.

Very well. I called on Monday and spoke to a live person. They said they would be there on Tuesday and they showed up when they said they would. The called me at work and quoted me the price. I okayed the work to commence. They handled the gutter cleaning and window cleaning. I came home and there was no sign of them being there except sparkling windows and I could see the nest had been removed. Great clean up by the crew.

Our gutters and downspouts were in great need of a thorough cleaning, having not been touched in several years. In addition, a bird had built a rather large nest in one of our home's back corner gutters, completely blocking drainage in heavier rains. During the recent slew of storms the excess rain water would cascade over the back of our house, creating a 5 foot long x 6 inch wide x 6 inch deep trench in our landscaping. My wife called for an estimate on a Monday, they came out on Tuesday & left their free estimate in our mailbox, and by Thursday morning had completed the job & left our bill, without anyone having to wait around or stay home. Needless to say, we are very pleased!

Bruce returned our call immediately and set up a time to come out for an estimate. The estimate was left in our mailbox, and because there was a problem, we also received a call from Bruce. He explained the problem that needed to be corrected before the gutters could be cleaned. As soon as we have the repair taken care of, we will schedule the gutter cleaning with this company.

They were very prompt in answering my request to have someone come out and set up a date. They made it a day before the date that they had specified. They were courteous and seemed to do a very good job. The price seemed right for what they did.

I really liked the variety of windows I had to choose from. They helped me pick out the ones that worked best for me and that helped conserve energy. I really think this is a wonderful company.
