They came out the next day after I called. They did a good job at a fair price. I have been using them for quite a few years now.

George (Bruce's son) and crew came to clean our gutters and make some minor repairs. They were on time, professional, and courteous. We just purchased our home and the gutters haven't been cleaned in a long time, so the price for a "deep" cleaning and repairs was very fair. I spoke with Bruce on the phone to organize the job and he was a pleasure to work with. George and crew were also a pleasure. George spent some additional time when they were finished to point out a few things and to make some recommendations. THANK YOU!

They came, did their thing, worked very clean and actually quite quietly. There was no debris anywhere. The cleaned downspouts which are usually never covered during gutter cleaning. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Excellent job on cleaning our gutters. I called them and they gave me a date range in which they would be there. We were not at home but they came when they said they would be there and did the job. Everything was cleaned-up and taken away. We used them twice in 2012 and were pleased both times. First time was for gutters and windows. This time it was just gutters. We will use them again this year.

He responded very quickly to my phone call. Actually, the guy came out very shortly to give me an estimate. He was here within a week and had it done. He was pretty quick. He was very good in terms of quality. He was right on it. He was Angie’s list contractor.

I had a problem right away after the work was done with some heavy rains and they came back out and fixed the problem, so I would say that they are very responsive. I think their pricing is okay. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

They did a pretty good job except for the kitchen windows.

I called Bee's this fall, they quickly came out and gave us an estimate. When we decided to have the work done this spring we called them and they were able to schedule us within the week. A team of three workers came to our house. They worked quickly and efficiently. They used a leaf blower to get a lot of the debris off of the roof. They caulked the roof and suggested that it might need replaced in the next year or so. They asked if we wanted to keep the old gutter guards, we did not and they took them with them. Before leaving, they cleaned up all the debris that had come from the roof and gutters.

I thought they were proactive and noticed some areas of concern. I also thought they were very nice and did a good job cleaning up. I would say that they were a little pricey, but not terrible.

Had water leaking in around a window. Had not cleaned the box gutters recently, so scheduled with Bruce to clear gutters and downspouts. He and his crew arrived promptly, I explained the problem and that we thought something might be wrong with the gutters above the window where the leak occurred. His crew found a small hole in the box gutters and repaired it quickly, even taking a photo (which they then emailed me for our records) of the problem and showing the fix. They also identified and took a photo of flashing around the chimney that had worked loose, another potential trouble spot for leaking, and advised that I get a roofer to repair that area. I really appreciated that they took the time to look around, document, and advise me on more than just the gutter cleaning that I had asked them to perform. Also discussed with Bruce altering the downspouts to support rain barrels - he had some good suggestions that we will consider, then we plan to call him back to do the conversion.

The two gentlemen that were here were very friendly. They were very knowledgeable. They did a great job. They cleaned up very well. It looked great when they were done. I would definitely use them again in the future.

I called for an estimate on cleaning my gutters. I got a thorough estimate on a very professional quote sheet but their estimate for my gutters was $150. I ended up paying another contractor (angie's list grade-A Clean and Clear Window Cleaning) $70 for the job. Cleaning gutters doesn't require a PhD and my house is pretty small. Both options were professionals and fully insured and I was happy with my final choice.

They were very nice people. They looked it over and gave the estimate, which I thought was high, but then when they got here they said there were a bunch of windows that they could not reach. They came unequipped with ladders to reach some of the windows, even though they had already seen my windows. They should have been more prepared since they knew what they were getting into.

I called 3 companies from Angies list for an estimate. All three went over. One company said that they only cleaned gutters and would not be able to replace the broken down spouts. The second company forgot to look at the broken downspouts. Bee's estimate was exactly on. They were to come over on maybe a Tuesday. They called in advance and said they would not be able to make it uintl Wednesday. That was fine with me as I know things come up and all I ever want is a telephone call to keep me in the loop. They fixed promptly. Very professional. This is a rental property and my tenants were very happy. I did not even have to meet them and all was done. Excellent job.

No problems with scheduling. They are very efficient and did a great job. Would recommend.

Happy with the service. The price was higher than I hoped, but the quality of work was good. Also, they do not take credit cards which is a negative.
