Window washing was excellent. Getting a time nailed down for an appointment was difficult. We started with 7:30 am, it was changed to 9:00 am, then 10:00 am, then after 1:00 pm. They arrived at 11:30 am!! Granted there has been a lot of rain and they are trying to juggle services, but it took several calls and call-backs and they still came at a different time than the last time that was agreed upon. That was frustrating. Never-the-less, I will hire them back because they cleaned the windows professionally and with detail. My windows were dirty as they had not been washed in two years. They were more expensive than the last window washer that had (about twice the cost), but he is now out of business, so I will pay the extra amount. Please note, that their estimate does not include tax. So final payment will be 7% higher.

He emailed me promptly, arranged to come by, and left a bill for me to mail in, so I didn't have to worry about taking time off to work out most details.

Responded quickly to initial contact, providing estimate, scheduling service, and performing work. Very responsive and reliable.

Good communication/good work

I made an appointment in December to have my gutters cleaned. Given that winter was coming on, they put me on the schedule but also noted that the weather could make it impossible to come do the work. That's what happened. No problem there; they can't control the weather. But they called back in (I think) early March to see if I was still interested in having my gutters clean. I said "Yes, put me on the schedule." It's now mid-May and my gutters have still not been cleaned, nor have I been called with any explanation.

Great service, very responsive and reliable. Called me back immediately, independently did an on-site estimate and left it in my door. Called promptly to schedule service and punctually completed the service. Left an invoice at the from door.

They showed up as promised and did a great job cleaning all the exterior windows. Will have them back in a few months to clean all windows inside and out!!

They are very quick to respond to a call for scheduling. Not sure if the price is too high but they are there when you need them.

I don't know - I wasn't home - they came, they cleaned, and they left a boll and I paid it so it's blind trust that everything was done.

I called last year because I had seen all their good reviews on Angie's List. They came when they said they would. Quoted the price, which was the final price, and did a terrific job. About two weeks ago I got a call saying it had been a year since they serviced my gutters and would I like them to come back out. I said yes and by the end if the week, my gutters were done and their was a bill on the door. I couldn't be happier all the way around.

I called them after noting I had a 2nd story blocked gutter. They arrived as scheduled (even a little early) the next day and were on the way up to the roof before I got outside (you don't need to be there-they'll leave an invoice for you). This is a family owned and operated business and it shows-super nice folks. They replaced the old gutter covers with new covers that I provided. In summary, they are quick, courteous, affordable, and efficient. These folks are on my go to list!

Contacted them regards window cleaning service....got 1 call back saying the owner was out of town and would get back to me....never heard anything for 2 weeks and when I called them again they did not even know who I was??....poor customer service and just poor business.

We have been using them for over 2 years now. They call you in the spring and the fall to clean your gutters. You don't even have to be home, they leave the bill in the door with a self addressed envelope. Easy and convenient.

Except for some plastic gutter extensions, which failed, they performed the work correctly. DOS is approximate.

We have house that is too high up and my husband can't get up there, so we try to have them cleaned every year. This was the first time that we used them, my husband found them on Angie's List, and we were happy with them. We would recommend them. I know we have had the service done in the past for under 100 Dollars, but he went up on the roof to check the roof, and so I would say the price was fine.

Contacted Bee due to possible bock in gutters in the spring 2013. Water was coming over the top of the gutter and cascading down the front of the house. Bee was incredibly responsive and cleaned the gutters within the week. The problem is I did not have Bee come back after the leaves had fallen in November and had another provider clean the gutters who had a more reasonable/less expensive estimate. I was informed by the new company that the gutters on the back of the house were leaf guard gutters and did not require any cleaning. I had only been in the house a year and did not realize during the home inspection that was the case with the gutters in the back. I am disappointed that I was charged like both sets (front and back) of gutters were cleaned and Bee did not bring it to my attention about the leaf guard gutters nor adjust the price.

The epole who work in this small, family-owned Pittsburgh business are unfailingly courteous, helpful, punctual--and a pleasure to work with. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THEM!

Very professional, incredibly quick call-back time, work done as promised and promptly. I really appreciated how painless the whole process was! We now have them scheduled automatically on a quarterly basis.

Very well. They remove tons of dirt and leaves. They checked them for damage.
