BATTIST CONSTRUCTION

The principal of this company was very responsive at the beginning and I was really looking forward to working with him on getting some roofing work done. He was responsive, punctual and gracious about coming to look at the property and talking about options and my priorities for getting the work done. He even called me a 3 days after the visit to apologize for taking a day or two more than he had said he'd needed to get me the estimate and that it would be coming tomorrow. I was looking forward to using this company for the work. Then he vanished. I never heard from him again despite the fact that I called him 4 or 5 times in follow up and left messages.

I left a message on this companies answering machine and received a call back not long afterwards. Terry, the company's owner, arrived at the designated appointment time. During the meeting, he was very professional. He spent plenty of time answering our questions. Two days after the meeting, Terry sent us an estimate via e-mail. The estimate was for a fair price and very comparable to the price we had received from another company. Two other companies bid significantly higher. Because the company that bid the comparable price provided a 10 year warranty (Terry's company offered a 5 year warranty), we went with the other company. We were impressed with Terry's professionalism though and would consider his company for future work.

IT WAS A PLEASURE WORKING WITH BATTIST CONSTRUCTION. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

TERRY AND HIS CREW WERE PUNCTUAL EVERY MORNING. THEY WORKED LONG, HARD DAYS, AND WERE NOT INTRUSIVE IN THE LEAST. THE JOB WAS DONE FASTER THAN I ANTICIPATED. THE CLEAN UP WAS GREAT. I AM VERY IMPRESSED. I HAD CONFLICTING IDEAS ABOUT MAKING A DECISION ON A CONTRACTOR, BUT I COULDN'T HAVE ASKED FOR A BETTER EXPERIENCE.
