Everything went well. Was able to perform all work as scheduled. Certain economies were experienced in purchasing the vanity and cabinet, and these savings were passed on to me. I was kept informed of progress and needed changes to the original plan on a timely basis. Very friendly workers. Very neat in cleaning up after each day of work.

Everything seemed okay until he never got back to us after acceptance of the work proposal.

We did find them through Angie’s list. The job went very well. They were very professional. They took the time to clean up after each day of work, which I really appreciated. The one I guess, somewhat downside was that, there were couple of little things that we had to call them back for, like to fix a little patching in the wall that was not done most meticulously. However, they came out right away, they fixed it, and it looks perfect. We are very happy with the end product. I would use their services again in the future.

I never heard about them till I read Angie's List. We found this miracle worker because of Angie's List. When I met him he gave my estimate and he was the answer I was looking for. One of the best things is the way he does his estimate. He only gives you an estimate for the work and then he turns you loose with his contractors discount at various stores and dealerships so that you really do have total control of your budget. There is no such thing as we are only allowed for so much money for this toilet and if you want something else the cost will be more. It's totally up to you how much you spend. It's wonderful. He estimated the cost for the work and he says often that he didn't know how it happened to us. There are times when he ends up owing the customer money because when the work progresses if you change your mind and don't have to do something then he takes it off the bill. These guys showed up the day that they said they are going to show up and I know they'll be finished on the day they said they'll be finished because everything is just going really well. They totally gutted our bathroom and started from the studs out. We had total control over what was going into the bathroom. We actually have three more pool baths in this house and they are going to do each one. We are just really happy with them.

Prompt response to my initial inquiry. Came to my house to do evaluation of work to be done and provided detailed proposals--via email--promptly. Love the fact that the proposals are so detailed! Was willing to work with items I purchased or would have provided everything. Over time I dropped and added various projects. Mike (the owner) was very patient and obliging in every way---with my add-ons and deletes, with scheduling the work, with various and numerous questions! They also picked up my readymade powder room vanity top (approximate weight 80lbs!) and the 72" master vanity I had ordered from the "box store". I never would have been able to do that on my own! He and his crew are very polite and clean up completely before leaving. They are very detail oriented and particular about performing the work. Adam, who did the drywall/ceiling repair and the patching where old light fixtures were installed, has a very good eye for detail. Mike is very knowledgeable re: all aspects of remodeling. He made suggestions where warranted, something I appreciated very much. He did not make any promises he couldn't keep and followed through with everything we agreed upon. I never felt pressured to do more than I was willing or could afford! Mike strikes me as an ethical person. How valuable is that?! To find an honest contractor?! With all the horror stories we've all heard! I have complete confidence in his work.

They told me that I wouldn’t get any water marks and I haven’t. They refunded the money because I changed my mind about putting a couple of things. I couldn’t believe that they came to house and I had no dirt. They were exceptionally clean. They were clean while ripping the bathroom. If they say that they were going to be here at 9’O clock, they were here 20 minutes early. Everything that they said was very good. They didn’t dilly-dally and they did their work. When they tore off the tile and took off the bath tub, I had no dust which was unbelievable. Their price was good. I had a couple of other people and they were more expensive. They were very punctual and professional. They were young and usually young people aren’t like that. I would use them again in the future if need be.

My Mother has a very old house and we initially were going to replace the tub with a shower and do some upgrades. Mike came out and gave me an estimate. I called him and he came back twice and we went over and changed a number of things. We decided to take everything down to the studs and start over. He offered suggestions on where we could go to select tile, fixtures etc which we did. He started the job on the date he said he would and finished in the timeline he said he would. From start to finish, Mike and his employees ( which are all great) were so clean. They had dropcloths everywhere - it was hard to believe they were doing the work they were doing because there was no dirt anywhere to be seen when they were finished each day. Mike wanted to be sure I was completely happy with everything that was done which I was. He made sure the height of the seat and the grab bars were the right height for her when he was installing them. I would highly recommend Mike's company for anyone looking for bathroom remodel.

I spoke with the owner of Bathroom Solutions on the phone. He seemed knowledgable and nice so I had my real-estate agent schedule a time we could meet at the house we are buying so the contractor could look at the bathroom and give us an estimate. He never showed, inconveniencing myself, my husband, the real-estate agent and the current owner of the house. It was only after we called him and left a message asking what had happened that he called us back saying he'd been held up on a job. We chose not to use Bathroom Solutions because of this.

Everything went smoothly. Mike worked with us on design, and made fixture suggestions. We went through a couple revisions of the quote and then moved forward with the project. Mike was accessible at all times and made very helpful suggestions, both to minimize cost and to get a better finished product. The work was largely on schedule, and everyone who came to the hosue was very professional.

They did a great job. They turned our old, poorly vented, leaky, worn-down shower into an updated, well ventilated, regrouted and well lit shower. They did exactly what we had asked. Michael came up with good ideas on how to do this job effectively and at reasonable cost, when others who came to see the job often suggested a complete remodel of the bathroom at costs that were multiples higher.

Michael provided an estimate which was very competitive. He was very punctual for the appointment and with the estimate. I did not use this company because I had to purchase and provide some of the products to be used (such as vanity, faucets, etc). At the time I could not do the shopping and decided on a different company. However, if I have another project in the future, I would seriously consider using this company

Mr. Emanualle promised to provide a quote within one week. of the appointment He seemed very professional and I was pleased to see that he received good reviews. Unfortunately, I did not receive any quote or contact from him until I sent an email three weeks later. I saw another review on Angie's List which indicated Mr. Emanuelle did not respond to that individual either. After contacting Mr. Emanuelle through the Angie's List email, I did finally receive an email indicating that he would not be able to do the work and declined the job. I would have prefererred if Mr. Emanuelle had not accepted the appointment in the 1st place or told me up-front that he would not be able to manage my job for a period of time. I lost at least 4 weeks of time trying to get someone to my house for a bid. Angie's List was designed to help with these issues and here you have a contractor who frustrated at least two clients I am certain that Mr. Emanuelle does good work. He has high ratings. But, he should be more up-front with his potential clients to set the appropriate expectations.

Although the job took a little longer than expected Mike & his crew did an excellent job. Mike is the type of contracter that wants to make everything right & was very easy to work with. They understood our needs & wants & carried that out in a professional manner. They also did a lot of extra little things during the project. They even shoveled snow from our driveway on occasion. The end result has my wife extremely pleased. I would definitely use them again.

I chose to go with them, but they haven't started the work. They just seemed honest and reliable. I didn't really have any other bids to compare the price to. It just seemed like a good price.

I had someone come to give me an estimate on the job. He was professional and knowledgeable. However, I was promised a written estimate in a week and did not receive anything. About 2-3 weeks later I received a letter stating that the company was overbooked and could not take on my job. This letter was polite and professional but late in coming. This is why I rate the experience low overall. Again, they seemed very knowledgeable and professional, but the delay in response was not helpful when this was a job I wanted to have started immediately.

Excellent quality of work. Always on time, and always cleaned up at the end of the work day. Very friendly people. Always consultated on decisions that had to be made.

They did a wonderful job. They really listened to my ideas. We also bounced ideas off of one another. They placed the counter-top and sink into an existing cabinet, which several others told me they wouldn't be able to do. It gives it a very custom, European look. They are young and very willing to work with their customers. Their price if concise and competitive.

We originally met with them in December of last year but the work was completed at the end of June. They did a really good job and the work was great. The job took a little longer than I thought it would take and that was the only problem that I had with them. My baby was due in July and I told them when we met with them in December that I wanted the work to be completed before the baby got here. Unfortunately the owner was perhaps a little bit more relaxed about the timeline than I was. The only other problem I had is that they arrived late a couple of times but didn't comment on their being so.

This is by far the best experience we've had with a contractor. Mike provided a very detailed estimate and was great at giving us suggestions. He allowed us to do some work ourselves to save money. The work was done pretty much on time and all workers showed up as scheduled. His plumber was amazing, his carpenter did a great job on the cabinets, and his plasterer matched the existing pattern. Likewise, all other crew members had great work ethics, were polite and accommodating. As to the job overall, Mike fit a very decent bathroom into a space all other contractors thought was pretty much impossible.

Their work was excellent. I thought that the pricing was fair. I am extremely happy with their job. Everything else abut them was perfect. I would use their services in the future and in fact, they are working on another quote for me. I would also recommend them to others since they are very good.

We wanted to have the ceramic tile in our shower floor replaced, since it had really warped, such that tile was beginning to loosen from near the drain. Michael came out to our home promptly for an estimate. However, based upon the condition of the tiles and grout, he suspected a much larger problem with concrete underneath, and so recommended digging up the concrete and then replacing it. He provided an estimate by email within a few days of coming out to our home. We chose NOT to go with him, because the cost of the job was nearly 4 times that of other estimates. Although he was planning to do much more work than the others (i.e. digging up the floor and repouring the concrete), we were not entirely sure it really had to be done. Also, the way the contract/estimate was written, I was worried that there would be additional costs... such as, if the rubber pan were broken when they tore up the concrete, it would cost additional to have that fixed. He DOES also charge additional for mileage.

They were right in the ballpark as far as their bid and they seemed competent enough but we ended up not using them. Their estimate was completely reasonable. He came over, measured, and spent some time talking with us. They submitted a bid via email in a timely manner and our impression of them was favorable.

It was an old bathroom and I did not wanted to tear off the whole bathroom to fix it. They came up with the correct solution and fixed the problem. Their pricing was reasonable and the quality of their work was good.

We needed to cosmetically redo the bathroom prior to selling the house but did not have the money for a complete remodeling. Mike Emanuelle gave us a very reasonable estimate and agreed to do the work where other contractors would only propose major work at more than twice the cost. They started on a Tuesday and finished the following Monday morning working a total of 4 days on the project which was what Mike said it would take. We were very pleased with the outcome and had a few other things done outside of the estimate at minimal added cost. The bathroom looks amazing compared to before. It was exactly what we were looking for at an affordable price and minimal inconvenience to ourselves. Mike and his workers were very nice and very accommodating. They were also working on a bigger job up the street but they made sure it did not affect the quality or time line for our project. It was a very positive experience for us overall.

Bathroom Creations-They came out and looked at it. They gave me a hip shot number that was completely outrageous. I told them that I didn't think that the quote was fair, they told me they would get the price back to me that weekend, I contacted them 3 times and they never responded.
