Andy Bender installed all 6 windows on the day we had scheduled. The work area was left clean. It was a particularly rainy month and there were zero leaks or dampness after the install. The whole process was so simple and straight forward that there is nothing but praise for Andy.

Andy was very professional and friendly from the time we called for an estimate, up until the job was finished and he left our house. We were able to schedule an estimate the next day after our initial call, and he kept in touch with us in between the time that we scheduled the work and the time that the work was done, just to let us know he we were on the schedule and he would work with us as we needed. The visit was quick and the price was right. Andy and his crew used our side doors in order to keep all dust and dirt in the basement and away from the main house (and our kids and pets!). They were punctual, arrived both days as promised, and cleaned up before leaving. The windows look amazing and we can already tell a difference of the brightness as well as the warmth and dryness in our basement. We wouldn't hesitate to do business again and to recommend Andy to our friends and family.

I was very pleased with the time they gave me and the windows look great from the outside. I was not pleased with the inside . I thought they would cement around the window casement on the inside. That is the only problem I had.

One of my basement windows had a large hole in it (perhaps a bird or rock or ice had created this). I called my normal handyman, and indicated I need a quick fix and that I would like to install glass block instead of single pane windows. He referred me to and quot;Andyand quot;. I called was quoted a price based on measurements, I indicated that I'd like to do the same to another window. What was really convenient for me was that 1) the provider was able to communicate via text messaging, and 2) the provider scheduled me for a Sunday install within a few days. The job went well. It took less than 2 hours. Andy and Alex were clean, professional, and the windows look fabulous. Both windows had some issues with access, but they took this challenge with aplomb. The estimate was on target. Certainly the windows now provide me peace of mind regarding basement security. A+ service from this provider. Will recommend him for any further glass block jobs.

It went great. They were on time. Very respectful of the house. The windows are great and didn't leak during the torrential rain last week. The basement is much lighter. It took 2 men working steadily about 7 hours. They had initially planned to do it all on one day, but it took longer than planned and they needed different blocks, so we arranged a second session to finish it off in 48 hours. Very nice work.

Very well, Andy was responsive to our comments about arranging the glass blocks around a water fixture and installed the windows block by block (not one big prefab thing). He did an excellent job, cleaned up afterward and left us with some extra cement mixture to clean up any cracks as they may appear over the next few days.

Andy was punctual for the estimate and the installation. His price was the lowest of several estimates. The installation went smoothly and the windows looked good. The cleaned up and hauled away the old windows and debris. After the job was done, some of the concrete mortar had begun to crack as they dried (on the sills, not the joints). Also some debris from the walls in the house started falling onto the sill because the top underneath part of the windows had not been sealed. I called Andy, and he said this was normal, and we made arrangements for him to return later on. He sealed the tops underneath of the windows with new mortar and skimmed over the cracks, which fixed the problems. He did offer 10 years warrantee against cracking, but I didn't feel that it should have happened so soon. Andy is an honest person and I'm glad he made things right.

The work was done professionally. All debris was cleaned up and hauled away. Andy and his assistant were friendly, punctual and courteous. The price was lowest of three estimates.
