+ 1 moreAVANTI DID A VERY NICE JOB ON OUR BATHROOMS. ADD ABOUT 20% EXTRA TIME TO THE ESTIMATE. ON THE EXPENSIVE SIDE, BUT WILL KEEP TO BUDGET IF YOU DON'T CHANGE THE PLAN IN MIDSTREAM.
Description of Work: TWO BATHROOMS, NEW CENTRAL AIR IN THIRD FLOOR, AND NEW STORAGE IN TWO BEDROOM AREAS. DRAWERS IN KNEE WALLS ON THIRD FLOOR AND NEW LIGHTING.
