Job was done in a professional manner and was completed in one day. Shawn was very polite and courteous and when he finished the job, he explained everything he did. The guys cleaned up the area very well, with little for me to do.I would recommend Aqua Guard to anyone that has water problems.

The work started at the beginning of March and was completed at the end of April. The weather was either rainy, snowy or extremely cold 90% of the time. It was't until the end of April that it started to warm up a little. I had read that foundation repair is better to have done when the ground is very cold so it doesn't move much. I admire the workers that were out in this weather to get this done properly. Thanks, again, for doing such a great job on the project!

He suggested to plaster the crack and they would be out to stabilize the decking steps.

Such a professional group of people. Work was completed on time and to our satisfaction. The team even helped with removing some of the old workbench. We definitely would recommend this business if you are considering waterproofing. So trustworthy and fair!

Tom and his team were extremely helpful and reliable. They went out of their way to provide great customer service, performed their work very professionally. In addition to great work, they were simply wonderful people.

Service by Aquaguard was excellent from beginning to end. Tom was engaged in finding the most cost-efficient solution to our basement waterproofing, and Paula was always helpful and kind over the phone. The workers were very considerate and finished on schedule.

The owner came to do my bid, and suggested and extra wall vs. other companies who came to bid. Turns out water poured from those walls when they were tapped and bled - a really good move from a veteran in the business. Work was done in a day. Good workers, diligent progress. They left a couple corners a little low and I had to skim them up before carpet install, but overall I'm singing their praises and love what they did.

From first contact, to estimate, to execution of the job, they were responsive, did what they promised to do, were on time and worked unbelievably hard to complete the job. Cement work creates a lot of dust/debris, but the team working the job made sure precautions were taken to keep the unavoidable mess in the immediate area. They cleaned everything up. It was a very good experience for us.

Workers completed the job with interruptions. The work was completed as described and the basement was cleaned when they were through.

First off, I lived with a wet basement for years worried about the price. After reaching a point where I needed to really do something about it I called AquaGuard Systems Inc. I called, set up an appointment and Frank came and looked at the job. He was right on time. He explained all the options I have and that was a huge difference to me. We talked money and the price was right and fit into my budget. When the day came to have the work done the crew of the hardest working people came to my house on time and ready to work. The process is dirty and hard work and these guys busted their butts the 10 hours they were there. I was impressed by the customer service and how nice the guys were. I felt comfortable having them in my house. They did all the work and when they left they cleaned up as if they were not even there. Let me tell you getting the French drain put in was the best thing I could of done to my house. The basement is dry dry now. The house does not stink of old stale water and I can kick myself in the *** for not reaching out to AquaGuard Systems Inc years ago. This might sound over dramatic but it was life changing in a sense. If you are thinking of dealing with water issues in your house I would call AquaGuard Systems Inc first. The staff is friendly, the workers are hard workers and they know what they are doing. Truly professional people from top to bottom. Now my basement is so dry I can put pinball machines in the basement.

They did a wonderful job. They moved all of the heavier items that were too difficult for me to move. I have a huge basement. The crew leader, Shawn, is a very nice young man and very knowledgeable. Their salesman, Frank, really knows what he is talking about and not pushy. They covered all of my belongings that were in the basement and cleaned up their work areas when they were done. They had to tap into my drain spouts outside and you would never know they had dug down into my flower bed.

Tom, the owner, came to inspect the basement walls and helped us identify the source of the problem. It turned out that the water is most likely coming in through gaps in the concrete outside so he gave us advice on how to repair the problem ourselves. I chose AquaGuard because the reviews I read made the company seem honest and wouldn't try to sell you work that wasn't necessary. That proved to be true. Very professional.

They day before our scheduled job we received notice from our township that they were going to start paving our street the next day! I called AquaGuard in a panic knowing they couldn't start the work while the street was inaccessible - they were great! - they moved on to their next job and fit me back in the schedule just a couple of weeks later! Finally, the day arrived for us to have some light in our windowless basement! The crew removed a brick planter box from the front of our house, excavated down below it and installed an egress window with window well - we truly couldn't be more pleased!!! We're delighted to have some light in the space, and the workmanship on both the interior and exterior of the window area is impeccable! You wouldn't even know there was a work crew there - the job site was left absolutely spotless!!! I can't wait to have them come back and do a second window for us!! Truly, from start to finish, everyone was so patient, kind, informative and professional - highly recommend using AquaGuard for your egress windows - or any other work they perform - they are simply great!!!

Project went very well. All employees were very polite and pleasant both on the phone and in person. Employees showed up on time, and were ready to start the work. Everything was completed as agreed, and service actually took less time than what we expected. So far we are pleased with the results.

The process is extremely smooth and completely comfortable. Tom came out and looked a the area, took some measurements and drew a sketch of the layout. We discussed what would be our responsibility and what his guys would take care of. He called back a day or two later with the price quote. we were able to schedule for about 10 days later at 8:00 am. The crew started getting to the house at 7:45 to set up. The crew was respectful, hardworking and appreciative. I felt very safe and secure with the crew. I also really liked how they kept me informed of what step they were on, had me look over things as they were working. They left the house as clean as they possibly could keeping in mind the work that they had just done.

Excellent. over all. Had some minor concerns upon completion that were addressed courteously and promptly. Workers arrived timely and worked continuously until their quitting time. Cleaned up my basement and garage each day before leaving. Couldn't ask for a better team.

I can't imagine having any other company perform this work. From the first interaction I had with Frank, the salesman, I knew this was a trustworthy, respectable and professional business. There was no "pushiness" or false advertising as is so common these days. Kieth, the contractor, was also a complete and utter professional. He and his team were respectful individuals to my entire family, and actually cleaned up my basement each afternoon to a quality that surpassed the condition prior to their work! The issue with my basement is common in my area because of the dense clay and corresponding hydrostatic pressure. While my issue was extreme because of the delay in correction, I have already given Aquaguard's information to many of my neighbors who are also experiencing foundation issues, and I will continue to recommend this company time and again.

I cannot thank Tom from Aquaguard and Sean's team enough for the outstanding job they did and for the peace of mind I now have knowing they identified the problem and fixed it. Sean and his team went above and beyond my expectations and worked diligently and professionally offering explanations and advice along the way. I continue to be impressed with Aquaguard and everyone I come into contact with from their company. They are the only waterproofing experts I would ever use and trust with my home. First class people and quality craftsmanship. Don't hesitate to call on them for solid results and a dry basement.

Tom Gallagher came to see the job a few days after I called. He was on time and very professional. He explained the possibilities that the workers could potentially run into. He explained that it could be a one or two day job depending on a good concrete footer was found. I explained to Tom that we were putting our house up for sale in a week. Tom said that he would be able to get a crew out to get the job completed before then. Sean showed on time a few days later and he and his partner first put up two temporary supports poles then cut and jack hammered the floor around the problem pole. They found an adequate footer which meant that the job would be completed in one day which made us happy! I would not hesitate to recommend AquaGuard for any service they advertise. They give to an honest assessment of the job and then get it done on time.

I've been having some persistent water leaks in my basement since I moved in a few months ago. When my husband and I couldn't remediate them on our own, we figured it was time to call in the professionals. I was expecting this to be at least an 8K visit. But it turns out that while we do have a number of problems, they are things we can fix relatively easily with a little bit of elbow grease, a plumber, and an chimney expert. Frank, who was really great and spent almost an hour talking with me about my house's problems, ultimately told me we didn't need his services. I really appreciate his honesty, insightful opinions, and help.

I liked them. The only problem is, they don't come I back. You have to pay them to come back. I had a powder room down there, so you had to pay them to hook up the washer and dryer again. I am here by myself. I can't do that stuff. They had to put the toilet back in the powder room, all that had to be. You have to pay them to come out. When they come out, called for some leaking. A pipe. Every time you call them to come back, if its not their problem, you have to pay $150. That was the catch to them. However, I had a plumber look at them, and he said the leaking pipe might have been your problem all along. I like them, they are good. Its just the catch I didn't care for. Anything with them coming back. They charge you for every little thing. The price is good.
