AQUAGUARD COMPLETED 2 PROJECTS FOR THIS MEMBER. THE FIRST, AN EXTERIOR WATERPROOF MEMBRANE; THE SECOND, INSTALLATION OF AN INTERIOR WATERPROOFING SYSTEM & WATERPROOF WALL COATING WHICH HAS PERFORMED PERFECTLY. PRIOR TO US BEING CONTRACTED FOR THIS PROJECT, I INFORMED HER THAT THIS PROCESS WOULD PREVENT WATER LEAKING THROUGH THE FOUNDATION BUT NOT WATER FROM A CONDUIT IN THIS AREA. TO SATISFY THIS MEMBER, AN INDEPENDENT COMPANY SPECIALIZING IN LEAK DETECTION USED DYE TABLETS & FLOOD TESTING TO DETERMINE IF WATER WAS PENETRATING OUR MEMBRANE. THEY FOUND NO SIGN OF FAILURE. NO WATER OR DYE EVER PENETRATED THE MEMBRANE. EVEN THOUGH NO LEAKAGE WAS FOUND, I DECIDED TO REAPPLY THE MEMBRANE IN AN EFFORT TO SATISFY HER. ON 3/26/07, I RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM HER STATING WATER BEGAN TO APPEAR BELOW THE CONDUIT BUT EVERYWHERE ELSE WAS DRY. UNFORTUNATELY, THERE WAS A DELAY IN CONTACTING HER AS I RARELY RECEIVE EMAILS & HAD NOT CHECKED IT FOR SOME TIME. CUSTOMERS CONTACT ME THROUGH MY OFFICE OR MY CELL PHONE. ONCE THIS WAS DISCOVERED, WE IMMEDIATELY TRIED TO CONTACT HER TO NO AVAIL. WE HAVE SPENT A GREAT DEAL OF TIME & MONEY TRYING TO APPEASE HER. I HAVE MADE MANY ATTEMPTS TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE & WOULD BE HAPPY TO MEET WITH HER AT ANY TIME. WE ARE WILLING TO GO THE EXTRA MILE FOR OUR CUSTOMERS. THIS HAS RESULTED IN THE BEST REPUTATION IN THE INDUSTRY & A VERY HIGH CUSTOMER SATISFACTION RATING.
