Installer was very professional and did an excellent job The only concern is the number of parties involved. This won't be an issue as long as there are no issues.

The installation went extremely well. The installer was able to take out our old windows and install the new ones within 1.5 days (for our entire house which is three floors). The installer was punctual and friendly. Our house tested positive for lead on ten windows. This made me very nervous since we had a newborn baby. The installer followed the EPA guidelines and there was no mess at all. We kept the baby out of the house during the installation process. I was paranoid enough to have my blood drawn to check for lead and the results were negative. We're thrilled with how efficient the windows work. Our home is dramatically warmer this winter. I was never able to walk around our house with a t-shirt on in past winters. I would wear multiple layers with a fleece on top throughout the winter. We're saving big bucks on our heating bill. We are 100% satisfied and so happy we went with Apex. They were very curtieous, professional and extremely easy to work with. We feel like we purchased top notch windows that have addded great value to our home.

Apex Energy Solutions sold me the windows and doors. The salesman was thorough with his presentation, was able to explain his product and answer all of my questions. He was very prompt in replying to any of my phone calls and text messages. He stayed "on top" of the window installation process and followed up with me to make sure I was 100% satisfied. He was extremely professional and pleasant to work with. The window installer was Alside. There were two gentlemen that were the installers. They were very professional and polite. They arrived on time and were here when they said they would be here. They worked from the time they arrived until they quit for the day. They cleaned up every day very well. When the installation was complete they were thorough in their explanation of how the windows worked (open & close, locking features, tilting for cleaning, etc.). The windows have been in place for a couple months and I love them. I would not hesitate to recommend this window company to anyone!

Apex Energy Solutions did a great job. Bruce came to the house to show us the demo window and from there we were hooked. What a great window - triple paned, argon gas, low E coating. We ordered the wood laminate finish and it matches our interior woodwork perfectly. Our neighbor couldn't tell where the woodwork ended and where the window began. Our installer, Cliff, was very neat and did meticulous work. He showed up on time and performed the work in the two days that were allotted. The windows make such a huge difference in the look of our house. All of our neighbors have told us how great they look! One of the windows had a flaw in the finish and we called and they took the serial number from the window and ordered and installed a new one. Apex offers a top notch product and service. Would recommend to everyone.

Apex was very professional and the installer did a beautiful job, meticulously installing and insulating each window. There was a problem with one of the closing mechanisms and they immediately ordered a new one and installed it the next week. We are very happy with our new windows and I would highly recommend Apex to anyone.

The installers came and completed the work within 2 days. These windows made a huge difference, and were especially welcome considering the long winter. We are happy with the product and the service.

We were happy with salesman and quality of window. However, they only offered a triple pane window. After researching we didn't feel we needed to spend the extra money on a triple pane window in our climate of Pittsburgh. The only other negative is their high pressure to buy that day without getting estimates. But, if you want a triple pane window they have a nice product.

Our experience with Apex Energy Solutions was flawless. When Bruce arrived at our home I found his presentation to be detailed, informative and professional. Bruce explained the manner in which the windows are constructed and the quality of materials used to manufacture them in addition to what to expect during the installation process leaving no questions unanswered. Having recently looked at other companies to replace our aging windows, there was no doubt in our minds that working with Apex was the right decision. The installers arrived on time and I found them to be professional and respectful of our home. All the walkways and furniture was covered before they started working. We anticipated that we would have a lot of dust and particles in the house simply because we would be exposing the brick but was pleasantly surprised at how clean everything was when the job was completed, The installers were also meticulous when it came to cleaning up around the outside of the house. We were informed the installation of twelve windows and a sliding glass door would take approximately two days. The installers worked in a timely manner and the project was completed within the expected timeframe. It has been a little over a week since our windows were installed and we are very pleased with them. These windows look great both inside and from outside the house. The first thing we noticed was how incredibly quiet our home is now. We also noticed that the temperature throughout the house is more consistent. I can now stand next to the windows or door and no longer feel the drop in temperature. I fully expect that these new windows will make a remarkable difference in our energy bill. Overall our experience working with APEX was exceptional. The experience from beginning to end was flawless. Every step of the project was communicated to us in great detail. We knew what to expect, when to expect it would happen and what the end result would be. There were no surprises throughout this entire process. Apex was courteous and professional from the very first contact. The sales presentation was solid. Bruce answered all our questions and explained their entire process. We decided to go with Apex after talking with several other vendors, Anderson, Pella, & Home Depot. (Window World never contacted us back.) We were impressed with the window itself and the ease of operation and the extra features it seemed to have. When opening the window to clean the outside you could actually hear a suction sound so you know it is sealed well when closed. A superb window at a great price. We decided to use Apex and get all 15 windows replaced. We also decided to do no-inserts instead of a grid. As a side note, I did not know if I would like the no grid look window or not but I really like it. It seems more open. The contractor who was going to install the windows came and remeasured the windows.. He followed up with a phone call and a confirmation email once the windows came in. Cliff and his helper Nico arrived on time each day and were courteous and professional. Nico kept the house and yard clean of debris. With our 2 dogs roaming around the yard it was comforting to know that the dogs wouldn't find any scrap materials that they could get injured from. After coming home from work during the 2 1/2 days of install I never would've known workers were there except that our curtains were down. During the process, the contractor kept my wife informed as to what they planned on getting done that day, what time they would be there tthe next day and what they planned on doing that day. And they delivered as promised. Excellent communication in keeping us in "the loop". We've only had the windows in a couple of days but they look great from the outside and the inside. All windows function well and open and close easily. I never expected this process to go 100% smoothly because things happen. However, everything went smoothly. Working with Apex was a very, very pleasant experience. Price, performance, and product have all exceeded our expectations.

We, at no time, felt any pressure to make a hurried decision. The installation team was very professional and worked efficiently. It's been a few weeks now, but we are still thrilled with our new windows from Apex Energy Solutions of Pittsburgh. The windows were beautifully made and constructed and our salesperson (Andrew) was great at answering our questions on the many features and options we had for replacing all the windows (26) in our house. Although I expected the windows to be good, my main concern prior to the project was with the installation of the windows. Would they do a good job fitting and trimming all the windows, covering up my paint peeled wood work and not disrupting our household while the work was completed? I'm happy to say they exceeded all expectations. The installation team from Alside (Anthony and Jason) was excellent. Their craftsmanship and concern for our house was amazing. They worked quickly and competently with no disruption to the regular household routine. The windows look great, the house already feels cooler (our windows were installed in the summer) and I'm sure our future energy bills will be lower. It is very comforting to know that all our windows are new, open and shut with ease and will now be maintenance free for a couple decades. As great as the windows are, I wish the screens were a little sturdier. They are easily installed and removed, but not quite as substantial as the excellent windows. Overall I would highly recommend anyone consider using Apex Energy Solutions of Pittsburgh for their replacement window needs.

The complete project took only 3 days, which was surprising, considering the amount of tear-out and install that was needed. I could not be happier with the entire company. From customer service to price and quality to install and clean-up, everything went better than I could have expected.

I'll preface by stating that I'm a construction industry professional with more than ten years experience. I've had many opportunities to observe how different crews operate and I maintain very high standards for my own crews. I also have firsthand experience installing and using quite a few different brands of windows in my career, That being said, Apex Energy Solutions is a well run company that installs good products. Their windows, manufactured by Alside, are totally nice and maintenance free. I had briefly considered installing windows that were wood on the inside, but then I remembered how much I hate painting wood windows. Cliff and Blake coordinated the install, which went very well. Cliff was punctual, clean and professional. He had a great work ethic and was thorough; he never gave the impression that he was rushed or stressed. My windows came in with different hardware than I ordered, and Bruce and Andrew coordinated the replacement without hesitation. That was just good customer service. Overall, the value I received from working with Apex far exceeded the purchase price of the windows. They did a great job, and I'd be happy to recommend them to anyone.
