Description of Work: They do not know what they were doing. We brought them to court and won but never paid us back. Do not use this company. Not worth every cents.

We had an agreement that I would take up the carpet and they would redo the wood. They were also supposed to install a kitchen door in the kitchen. When the owner and his brother came and did a first look at the job. They said I did not have enough wood for the flooring, I purchased more flooring. When they came they did not install the ends correctly and one of the ends they installed a broken one. They never installed the kitchen door. They finished the hardwood floors but they job was not done correctly. I am supposed to have long and short pieces but I have small pieces throughout on the floor, I was told that the job was not done correctly. I am not happy with the job they did and I have tried to contact them but no answer.

We here at AP FLOORING LLC, take our work very seriously. We had a great start with the customer and my estimator told her how much wood she would need with the at the very first appointment. She failed to believe him and bought how much wood she wanted and it was not enough. She did not believe that we new how to cut due to the shortness of wood. Customer has paid us and said she was satisfied at the time of completion and we were awaiting a call back when she got the rest of the materials to finish the project. She stated at the time the employees where there that we were some of the nicest and professional people that she has worked with. I truly feel that AP FLOORING acted professional and did the job as quoted. We also cut her a customer discount of 50.00 to help with things cause she stated that the last installer ripped her off. We treat all of our customers like family and do not like to hear bad feedback. We have tried to resolve the issue with the customer but she is uncooperative and claims that wood has gone missing from the job site.
