Angelo Associates was absolutely wonderful to work with and will be reaching out to them again as my first option if I need other services in the future. From the pre-job scoping with Dean about my door widening / installation job, to communication through the process of ordering the door and conducting a final pre-job walkthrough, to Dave's expert craftsmanship during the job where he wore different hats as an electrician, drywall installer, and carpenter framing and installing the door, they exceeded my expectations. The company excels in communication with you as the client and the work product was top notch.

I can’t say enough good things about Angelo. From Lisa’s thoughtful design and help selecting cabinets, granite, etc, to Dave’s flawless carpentry, this project was nearly painless. The only glitch was a shortfall of backsplash tile that led to a brief delay. But the results are more beautiful than we ever imagined. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

It could not have gone better. Angelo is A+ in our book and we have heartily recommended them over and over again.

I was very pleased with the work performed. They coordinated all the contractors and the work and it was done in the time they said it would be. They left the work area clean and free of debris everyday when they left. Lisa was awesome to work with in designing and planning the kitchen

We are thrilled with the result - the design by Lisa and Ryan was just what we wanted, our cabinets are beautiful, the installer (Dave) is a master craftsman, the granite provided by Vangura is fantastic and they made the overall process painless. Building a new home requires flexibility and patience, and Angelo Associates provided that in spades!

Really a great experience! Bought a 90+ year old home with original windows that could not even be opened and was so nervous about this process. Met with 5-6 companies. This was not my cheapest quote but as I needed not only windows but some remodeling in the process I wanted to work with a general contractor and note just a window guy. Dean recommended a little more involved project then some other companies (replacing the surrounding wood) but gave good reasons why and I think the result was awesome. Dean and the guys he employs are very professional and honestly it was a painless process despite the huge amount of work they had to do. We barely knew they were here (OK we both went to work while they were here, but came home to a clean house!). I still don't know how they were able to get the old windows out and replace them despite all kinds of surrounding tile work and woodwork, but everything looked great and even clean when they were done. Very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. They have an amazing carpenter! I had them arrange for a painter who was fine but a little messy-- just made it more clear how amazing the Angelo guys were! I would use then again for a future job WITHOUT RESERVATION!!!

I decided I wanted Pella fiberglass windows. We dealt with the Pella Company directly and also contacted Angelo. After two estimates Angelo's was better and they agreed to throw in a repair of my front storm door (I bought the parts) and some minor repair to my kitchen cabinets. Dean was very helpful and professional and responded to my questions immediately. When the windows were installed everything went well, the men were prompt and everything was cleaned up each night. Angelo arranged a painter and that went well also. There was one mix up on two windows (the style was wrong) and they fixed it with no problem. They are probably not the cheapest company in the world but we decided it was worth it because of the service. We would use them again.

Lisa (Angelo Assoc designer) was very pleasant, professional and had a good eye for kitchen design. She was responsive to our requests and the many changes associated with them. She also was very helpful in providing an estimate of the replacement cost of our previous Wood Mode cabinets that were damaged in a kitchen water leak. The estimate was important to getting a fair settlement from our insurance company and they did use her estimate. We are very grateful to Lisa for helping us with that and it gave her an advantage over others. The biggest stumbling block to using Angelo Associates was the fairly long length of time it would have taken to get the job started (the reason for the C rating on responsiveness ... AND no reflection on Lisa's responsiveness as a designer). Our kitchen was non-functional after the water damage since everything (flooring, cabinets, sink, appliances) was removed and we put a big premium on a kitchen supplier being able to get the job started relatively quickly. We realized that this was something out of Lisa's control. Overall we were left with a very favorable opinion though and would recommend others with normal time constraints considering them.

Lisa of Angelo Associates was a delight to work with - made great suggestions and spent a lot of time with us making sure the design was exactly to our liking. It's been a bit more than a year since the bathroom was completed and we are thoroughly happy with how it turned out. Friends and family are equally impressed! Lastly, the workers that Angelo sent to do the job were top notch - knew what they were doing, and were timely and courteous.

This company was completely professional, responsive and highly skilled from start to finish. The timetable that they gave us was strictly adhered to, which is almost unheard of in the world of home renovations! This job was a very big one with many facets. Angelo Associates handled every aspect with skill and professionalism, and their subcontractors did the same. We most certainly could have gone with a less expensive company, but the quality of work, materials, appliances, etc. was well worth it. The major parts of the job took just 3 months, which was right on the estimated time provided by Lisa, the designer for Angelo. This company was very responsive and respectful of our space and concerns. They responded promptly and compassionately to every concern or question that we had. We lived in the house during this renovation, which was quite challenging for us, but made possible by Angelo Associates. They cleaned up the area every day so that we could be as comfortable as possible during the process. It was a pleasure working with Lisa and Brian (the main carpenter). I highly recommend this company.

We had 3-4 bids and Angelo was not only the least expensive, but the bid was the most comprehensive. The work they did was beautiful, especially the carpentry work. They took the time to match existing chair rails and door frames to the newly constructed sills. In fact, one of their carpenters went out of his way to match the new sills with an existing chair rail and when he didn't think it was good enough, ended up replacing the whole chair rail at no cost beause he didn't want it to look out of place. Neat, clean, on time and very good work. I would use again.

They are timely and on schedule. We have been very happy with their work and have been using them for the past 20yrs. Prices are a little higher than most, but they perform good quality work and used quality materials. It is worth the money for such a great experience.

From design to completion very professional and extremely high quality!

They know what they are doing just because they are three times the price. Their price is too high. They quoted $33,000 for one portion of the job which was just for a living and entry door. They also quoted $10,000 for fixing stairs. The platform area was a difficult job, but everyone else quoted us around $15,000 to $18,000. He was completely professional. We were also providing him with the doors and windows.

I was very impressed with this company's installation services. They are very informative, efficient and neat. I highly recommend this company's services.

They helped us select the materials and the features, explained what would be done and why, scheduled work around our schedules, did what they promised, cleaned up and followed up to make sure we were satisfied.

They were excellent. They were very meticulous about their work. I don't know how much they charged for the service. It was not inexpensive. They were medium, but their work was excellent. They were very good about returning phone calls. When they set up the appointment, they were there on time. We never had to wait. Eventually we will use them for other projects.

They're fairly active in our area here. We like them, I thought they did quality work. Overall, we liked them.

The entire job was well done. I was surprised that it went so smoothly. At the end of each day, I was informed who would be working the next day. For the two main weeks of work, I received calls before the start of each week detailing what work would be done and who would arrive each day as well as approximate time of arrival. Workmen cleaned up after themselves each day. Finish painting was completed by another contractor, but people at Angelo Assoc. were in contact with the painter to discuss that part of the job's completion.

He is punctual, professional, and a wonderful person. He took out a wall between my dining room and kitchen, making it one large room. One whole wall is a darker glass, it is gorgeous. He had cabinets made, replaced countertops, installed ceramic floor. He also installed Pella windows. He was always on time, and always returned calls.

ANGELO REPRESENTS THE BEST IN GENERAL CONTRACTING. THEIR STAFF IS COURTEOUS, WELL-TRAINED, CLEANS UP AFTER EVERY DAY'S WORK REGARDLESS OF HOW MESSY IT IS, AND ALWAYS DOES EXCELLENT WORK. I ALWAYS RECOMMEND THEM.
