Arrived on time and performed necessary work

Andy was very busy in 2017 and it took several months before my job came up. His crew installed an entire system in my large yard in a single day. The damage to the yard was limited. The system has an advanced internet-connected controller with a rain sensor, which is very convenient. I'm very happy with the work.

The technicians from Andy's Sprinkler system were punctual, professional, and reliable.

These guys are good. They installed a system for our grass and beds (lots of landscaping) so it was not just a few sprinkler heads - 14 zones total, 90 heads. The crew were extremely friendly, informative, diligent, and hard working (+90 deg days) - you couldn't ask for more. Owner was there everyday to address any concerns (none) and answer questions (many). System works perfect - just needed to adjust timing of zones as it began raining for days after the installation. If you want no problems, no worries, and a great experience, go to Andy's.

ANDY'S SPRINKLER SERVICE - Absolutely EXCEPTIONAL contractor!!! It doesn't get any better than this!! Andy was extremely cost competitive (1/3 the price that another sprinkler company quoted me...name starts with a "P" but not on Angie's List). Andy and his team were not only competent and professional, but they were also an absolute delight to deal with. They showed up on-time, as promised, and completed the job efficiently and successfully within 3-hours (the other company told me it would take a 1-1/2 days.) I can't recommend this company highly enough! I will be calling Andy for any future sprinkler and landscape lighting needs. Furthermore, I was dealing with a time-critical situation that needed addressed on short-notice...a commercial project! Andy could have very easily taken advantage of my circumstances and gouged me on pricing. But, he did not! He responded and mobilized immediately, and did it at a more than fair price. I left a message via their site and my contact was returned the next morning ON A SATURDAY. We scheduled the appointment during that initial call, and I was given a 1 hour service window. The service person showed up within the service window. He was extremely courteous and professional. The work turned out to be more extensive than planned (they had prepared me for this possibility when I booked the appointment), and he was able to complete it during the same visit. I could not be happier with Andy's and the service I received from them.

Craftsman arrived on schedule, identified the problem by checking the system, and made the needed repairs. He left the repaired pipes exposed to facilitate further work on a broken drain pipe.

So far, it was pretty good. They came when they said and they got the job done. I was satisfied.

Greg and another worker arrived at the reserved time and immediately located the problem (a tree root underground), made the repair and "tuned-up" all of our sprinkle heads and left everything in tip top condition, including covering the hole they had to dig to locate the tree root. I could barely tell they had been digging.

I only use this one young man who works for them because he knows my house and I don't have to tell him where the sprinkler heads are. He knows where everything is so I like to have him. I don't like to use people who aren't good. My son always argues with me that I pay too much, but my feeling is that if I get someone who's good, whatever they do is right. I have found that to be true. When I have tried to use people who charge much less, the quality is not the same. Everybody in my neighborhood uses him.

Overall, they did a great job. Very competitive price, excellent quality, showed up early, pleasant workers, and cleaned up thoroughly when they were done.

Everything went well. They are a good company. They do great work. They know how to find any problems and then fix them.

Andy arrived promptly to inspect property, and then promptly sent his bid. He was not the lowest, but I selected him based on Angie's List reports. Workmen arrived on the scheduled date, and did a very professional and speedy installation. After installation was completed, their workman explained operation of the system to me very clearly. Afterwards, I did have a questions as to a possible minor leak, and whether one sprinkler head needed to be moved to prevent damage from cars on driveway. They were out right away, checked and repaired the one possible leak, and moved the one sprinkler head without any arguments, questions, etc. When the time came to winterize the system, they were actually here earlier than expected, and were done quickly and professionally. At all times they did a very good job of cleaning up after themselves. Excellent people to work with whenever they were here.

They did not tear up my lawn, which was a positive for them. By the time they got to the work, they wanted to charge me more. They honored the estimate that they first gave me. A part was not functioning properly this spring and they want to charge me $80 for a part that I have only got use once.

They are a great company. Sometimes it takes them a little time to come and get the work done but I think that's because they are so busy. Other than that, they do a fabulous job every time we have them do work for us.

Very good service. They hooked up the air compressor and blew air through water lines to empty them out so that water did not freeze in the lines and damage them.
