Very well. Before starting, he thoroughly clarified what my expectations should be in any areas he thought were questionable. As it turned out, the results were excellent. The retaining walls and patio tumbled pavers look brand new. I would highly recommend Curtis Reese for any of your pressure washing needs.

Curt did a fabulous job. He was punctual, professional and did a great job. Everything looks like new. He did a great job on the flagstone, which I was worried about.

Curt was very busy but managed to squeeze me in before July 4th as I was having a gathering at my home. He was prompt, thorough, and professional for a fair price. In my estimation, if you hire someone else, you are hiring the wrong person.

Cleaned the green mold from vinyl siding and it looks like new. Also pressure washed the patio and it looks great. Turned out much better than I expected. Worth every penny. I would not hesitate to hire this contractor again. His work is good and he is honest and dependable.

Curt Reese arrived right on time and got straight to work prepping and pre-treating all the surfaces (my entire house, the porch, the windows, gutters and downspouts, chairs)--it was covered in lots of grime, mold and dirt. He worked for about three hours, cleaned everything up and then walked me around the entire house and pointed out things I should know (paint peeling, troublesome spots, etc). It looked wonderful--so much brighter and cleaner. I honestly didn't think it could look this good again. He was very polite, never once came inside and stuck right to the estimate. I would definitely recommend and use him again.

He arrived right on time, assessed the situation, gave an estimate, performed the job, plus some other work (which he did not charge us for); cleaned up the areas very well and was very respectful. The cost was very reasonable and the work was done exactly as we would have wanted. And in a very timely manner as well.

Curtis did a really fantastic job that way exceeded my expectations! He is obviously one of those rare persons who takes great pride in his work and believes in doing something very well or not doing it at all! He spent much more time than he or I had anticipated he would need and when I offered to pay him something additional to what we had agreed on, he absolutely refused to accept the additional payment! He also is totally reliable. I needed him to do the job latest by the week end and he did it 4 days earlier and that too on a day when it rained non-stop! But more than anything else he is a very fine person - humble and unassuming. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who needs a great power wash done. You will NOT be disappointed! I called to have a cedar roof cleaned and was so pleased to have Curt come the next day and take care of the job for me. I was putting my house on the market and wanted it to look it's best. He was very professional. You can't ask for more than that

Curt came out, looked around, and gave us an estimate on the spot. He came on the day he promised and finished in the timeframe he estimated, despite the 90+ degree heat. He worked alone, used a very labor-intensive application process, and still was less expensive than some of his competitors. He had 80 years worth of dirt and steel mill soot to contend with, and the result is beautiful -- he did an excellent job.

I consulted with the owner of the company and discussed my concerns about the home that we just purchased and how it had a lot of white paint splashed all over the red brick. Curt assured me that this was the best route to go to remove the paint and made me feel comfortable that this was a safe option. After the first day of working, my husband and I noticed that about 65% of the mortar on the two sides of our home that he worked on that day were missing. We stopped the job and told Curt to get with his insurance company about the problem as we now have a major issue on our hands. After weeks of stalling, nothing got accomplished, so I had to get involved and contact the HQ location of the insurance company only to find that Curt is not insured for such occurrences. Curt offered to fix this himself, but we could not take him up on the offer as (1) he is not a professional in this area, (2) he is not insured properly and (3) we did not want our house to look like a patch work quilt -a very specialized company would be needed to match the mortar and do a professional job. So nothing has been resolved -we went ahead and hired a professional masonry company to fix our mortar and spent a few thousand dollars in repairs. Curt seems to have fallen off of the face of the Earth and has not contacted us to resolve. I could pursue through the court system but just don't want to deal with the hassle. Myadvice is to be careful -he is extremely professional, but if you have an older brick home, power washing may not be for you. He claims to be an expert in stone/brick power washing, but as you can see, we were misled and suffered from his negligence. In the end though, he did not charge us for the job -which would have sent me over the edge if he would have charged a dime.

My house was just sided and new windows installed 3 years ago. Because I live across from a river and woods on a hillside behind me; the house was drawing heavy black mold and very dirty from the trees. The deck was bleached out from the sun and looked like it was 10 years old and it had only been on for 2 years. Kurt said he would do his best to get it clean. He did a wonderful job, and everything looks just like new. The wood on the deck looked as if had just been put down. I never thought it would look as good as it does. In the last few years, every job I have has contracted, has been done half-assed and I've been disappointed. Americlean surpassed my expectations, he even cleaned out my gutters and that wasn't part of the arrangement. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. It was well worth the money to make my two-story house look like new.

He is very knowledgeable. He was able to tell us what kind of stone our house was made of. There was some water damage he couldn't remove but that is understandable. He really brought the beauty of the stone out when he cleaned it. He is a nice man. He is respectful and polite.

Curt is that owner operated business we all dream of hiring. He is extremely professional and true to his word in both price and quality of work. In the week-long process of washing our home he also managed to powerwash our deck and some outside furniture all for the original quoted price. Our whole street is raving not only about the quality of his work but his clearly strong work ethic.
