 + -1 moreAdam the store manager and Justin the salesman said a panel would be ordered and shipped in approximately 2 to 3 weeks. On or about November 4th, I called and Adam said the part had not been ordered and he would do so immidiately. On December 4th, I called again, and was given the same story. On December 23, 2008, called again and was told the part was not available. Got name and phone # of district manager (Joel & Katy 419-544-9127) called and left message. Never called me back. On 12/30/2008, called the store. Adam not available. Was told nothing could be done until January 2009. Email manufacturer on website to advise of situation, no response.
Description of Work: On 10/4/2008 we purchased a console for 42" HDTV (Crown Mark Model #4748 Hawthorne Ent 62" Console). We took the floor model. The unit has storage bins on the ends of the consol and 2 types of covers - one is clothe for speakers; the other, wood for storage. One wood panel was missing and could not be located in the store.
