I have worked with Jeff in the past while I was living in Pittsburgh, PA and that went great. I have relocated to Fort Worth, TX and purchased a new house. I emailed Jeff and he set up an appointment with a contractor here in Fort Worth to come out and measure all of my windows. Mickey was on time and very efficient with getting all the windows measured and making sure that each window had the correct blind or shade. After all that, Jeff and I were in contact getting estimates and trying to figure out colors and styles. Luckily, the shades I had in Pittsburgh were the ones I wanted here in Texas, so that made it easier. I would use American Buyers Discount again.

There was a mix up on contacting each other but when that was finished the salesperson was very attentive. There was also a mix up with where the shades were sent; so, the delivery date was postponed. |However, the product is superb and the installation was very well done.

the seller came to the home, measured and we chose our styles. we were not actually home when he came to install but we allowed him in the house and came home to new blinds.

He did a good job. If I ever had trouble he came and fixed them. I am moving and he is helping me with my blinds at the new location.

They were very prompt in coming out to do the services; about 24 to 48 hours after I purchased the deal they were here. The services were great and I didn't spend anything other than the cost of the deal. I thought I was spending more for what I was getting. Bu that's just my preference. I would still give him an 'A'.

It went just fine. The installation, the product and the service was fine. It was a pleasant experience.

In addition he took three blinds down so we could do some work on skylights. They will be re-installed in the future. We love this company, and would recommend them to anyone.

Jeff was very personable and knowledgeable. The installation was done quickly. The only wrinkle was my husband was dissatisfied with how they were mounted, feeling that they protruded from the wall too much. Jeff personally came out and reinstalled them with a different type of mounting system that was more flush with the wall. We were very happy with the results and with the fact that Jeff would take the time to come out again (at no charge) and do what it took to make us happy. I can't comment on price because I did not shop around, but Jeff definitely took care to make us aware of rebates, tax credits, upcoming sales etc. when we were discussing a possible future purchase.

They measured my windows and recommended window treatments. When the blinds arrived, Jeff came back and installed them. He was very knowledgeable about the product line along with being very polite and personable. I highly recommend Jeff for your Hunter Douglas window treatments!

Oh, I could write a book. To summarize, their prices were very high and as it turned out, we found the quality to be average at best. It took much longer than we were told...and then two different blinds were installed in the master bedroom and another one had to be ordered so they would match (even though the installer put it in and left without saying anything). The next installation of the replacement blind was not installed correctly and it was another week or so before that was fixed. To their credit, Jeff came back until it was fixed. But we were not pleased with what we received for the price. And it took about 2 months before everything was right and not 2-3 weeks like we were told. If you buy this $200 deal (for $500 worth of blinds), realize ahead of time that it might cover a window or two with a fairly cheap product.

The only thing we weren't thrilled with was the price. Even including the Big Deal I think the price was higher than we were expecting, but as I said, the service was great and prompt.

Jeff knows more about window treatments than anyone on earth. Listens to you and knows what you want and need by what you tell him. EXTREMELY pricey. This is where you go when you need a special look, feature or color that you won't find anywhere else. If you just need an average blind application, go somewhere else. If you need a special one of a kind, this is your guy.

This worked out fine. The associate brought in some samples and you can also go online and look at the different types of shades they have. The installation was good too. He was able to get the job done within a day. The sheers had to be custom made and we waited 3 weeks. The associate said it would take that much time. I have no complaints with their work. When we are ready to do the other rooms, we will use them again.

We purchased honeycomb shades in a bedroom and a "library room" over our garage. Because both rooms needed insulation, I didn't want mini-blinds. The installation of the shades went quickly; they look great. The cost exceeded what I had initially planned to spend, but the price was fair.

I purchased blinds for my home in September. The installer and I discussed an install date and reviewed how many blinds he should have for my home. He called me the day of installation to say that he did not have all of the blinds with him. I called the salesman who made sure that he came back to install ALL of my blinds. He installed all but one. It has been sitting in my guest room for a month. I have not heard from the installer or the salesman since.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it went very well. The product is fabulous and the service is really good. The gentleman who came to my house was incredibly professional and I could not be happier.

Jeff did all the window treatments in my old house. When I moved about a year ago I did not hesistate to call him again. So far I have done one room, but I will evenually have him do my entire home again. He knows his product well, he offers good advice on making choices, he will service any problem that should occur even if the blinds have been hanging for many years. He does a through job in explaining what type of treatment may work best for your room, he condsiders many factors such as sun exposure, insulation, color, etc. It's difficult to put a cost on the service because there are so many variables and so many options. It depends on what you choose and how many windows you are doing.

The installer was very professional. Unfortunately, one of the blinds was omitted from the order, but I contacted the sales rep and the new blind was installed within a few weeks. It was a simple mistake and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again. I love how all the blinds look-very satisfied!!
