Description of Work: Installed one set of shades. Thought it would be closer to $500-$600, was shocked when it was $1000 more. For window shades??!

Description of Work: Bought the $199 deal for $500 worth of credit. Company shared messages and we picked a date and a time for services May 11th at 9:00am. I took off work to meet Jeff and he never showed up. No email or message on the board. I waited an extra day thinking there may have been a mix-up still no communication. I don't do business like this.

Description of Work: Jeff was very professional and helpful in picking the kind of blind that would best work for our window. He installed the blinds in less than an hour. We are very happy with the purchase and would use Jeff again if we need additional blinds

Description of Work: Jeff installed seven shades for us. He is very professional and has a good eye for aesthetics. The quality of the shades and his installation were excellent. He is prompt and returns phone calls. He is also very pleasant and friendly. And who could forget the cookies?

Description of Work: I purchased a $199 deal for $500 of Hunter Douglas custom shades, blinds, shutters in 2013. They did come out to the house once to take a look at what I wanted. The technician was friendly and nice to work with. He was supposed to get back to me with a quote. I thought the original quote was a little high and they were supposed to get back to me with a new quote but they never did. They thought there may be a different approach for what I was wanting that would bring the cost down. They were very responsive initially. I tried calling them several times for the new quote but never heard back from the company.

Description of Work: I ordered 2 kitchen blinds which matched two I had ordered last year. They came earlier than expected and were put in without any problems. Very professional service.

Description of Work: The service provider was right on time and had numerous samples. The quality is no doubt there. I was thrown for a loop with the price. I could have selected the cheaper product; however when I saw the Angie's list coupon of $200.00 for approximately $500.00 worth of blinds, I figured the price would be less than $1000.00 for 4 windows. Alas, we paid $1700.00. I think I could do better at Lowe's.

Description of Work: I bought vertical blinds for sliding kitchen door. |At first they hung topper at about 2-3 inches from ceiling and it looked like store bought then he moved it up to ceiling and it looked more like a custom job.

Description of Work: Measured and installed Hunter Douglas plantation shutters. They did a good job. We did have an issue with the first set of shutters made. The size was wrong so they took back and reordered. Did have to wait a while for the reschedule but I didn't have a deadline that I needed it installedoes by. So I ordered in August and they were installed in October.

Description of Work: Installed Hunter-Douglas honeycomb shades in my dining room. He did a professional job but there was a delay because Hunter Douglas sent the first sets to the wrong address and they were lost. Overall the job was well done from beginning to end.

Description of Work: Quality of materials is excellent, but a bit pricey. Jeffrey is professional, friendly, and reliable. I would pay the price again for the high quality of the service provided and the materials.
