Description of Work: Jeff responded promptly to my inquiry phone call and arrived on time for the consultation. Was very knowledgeable about his products and offered good suggestions about color and textures for the shades. Arranged appointment for installation and had shades installed on four window in less than half an hour. Very satisfied with product and service and will definitely call again.

The Hunter Douglas Architella top down bottom up shades are the most energy efficient window covers made. The Federal gov't gave a tax credit of up to $1500 in 2009. Unfortunately, they are also more expensive than the lighter weight honeycomb shades. I n the long run I am confident that the rooms we put them in will be warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. Plus, you should receive lower energy bills every month. Finally, the lifetime warranty adds even more value to your purchase. Overall, you should save more money with these shades than you originally spent. Hi, Unfortunately, other companies offer Mexican made blinds that do not have lifetime warranties nor quality workmanship. The other new blinds you had in your home were literally falling out of the brackets because they were not installed correctly. They also bowed terribly. Hunter Douglas blinds are guaranteed never to bow, yellow or chip from the sun. I offered to fix that problem at no charge and install a new Hunter Douglas blind with lifetime warranties.
