Description of Work: Jeffrey Primis returned our phone call immediately and the quality of the Hunter Douglas blinds are superb. He was able to get our window treatments in record time - we were moving in less than 2 weeks and he had the blinds ordered and hung much faster than we thought would be possible.

Description of Work: The installation took two separate days. The shades were installed in a timely manner on November 19, 2015. On November 19 I was told the would be installed by the end of the year. The shutters were not installed until February 9. It took several phone calls to get a response. He blamed it on the the installer. But since I was dealing with American Buyers and he sub contracted to the installer my frustration was with American Buyer and it reflects poorly on him.

Unfortunately, Hunter Douglas had parts on back order that held up the manufacturing of your shutters. While Hunter Douglas always gives approximate ship dates when we place the order, they do not make us aware of a delay till the order gets to the manufactering floor. I know we were able to get the blackout honeycomb shades in very quickly and installed for your guests that were staying in that room.

Jeff uses Hunter Douglas products. He gave me several ideas that I used and I am very satisfied with the results. He measured all windows and arranged for installation. He scheduled an estimate visit very quickly and arranged for installation on the day that I requested. Installer was very professional and worked quickly.
Description of Work: Put up blinds and shades throughout the house, including the living room, dining room, kitchen (including door), 2 bedrooms, office and den.

Jeff was very professional. He arrived on time and was equipped with many styles of window treatments we talked about on the phone. He was very helpful in picking out the best treatment for my windows; which was less then the treatment that we were original interested in. He measured our windows and and gave us a quote which was less than we expected. We chose to install them our self.
Description of Work: Jeff measured our windows and helped us decide on which window treatment was best for us. The treatments fit and works and looks great. On one set the cords were too long; we left a message and Jeff called back within one hour and had the correct cords sent out. We recieved them in a couple days and I installed them myself.
