Jeff Primis is a gentleman who was a delight to deal with on both occasions. The chocolate cookies he surprised us with were excellent. Service could not have been better.

Jeff visited my home and showed my wife and I several options. He also went over all of the warranty information. He measured the windows, ordered the shutter and blind. The installer came and measured again to make sure shutter was correct. The shutter and blind were installed. Jeff and the installer were very courteous and professional. The Shutters look great and the blind on the sliding glass door added insulation in the winter time.

Jeff visited my home and showed me several options and . He also went over all of the warranty information. He measured the windows, ordered the blinds and came back to install them. Installation only took about 20 minutes. The blinds work great!

He also brought cookies because there is a bakery near his office. Every customer he visits he brings a cookie!

Jeff and Mike did exactly what they signed up for and did it well.

They came out and measured then came back and installed them in a couple of weeks.

They were prompt. They did what they said they were going to do and they did a good job at it. I think I got a very good deal. They were responsive. It was an great experience.

It went very well. The price seemed a little high, but as Jeff pointed out the average homeowner buys window treatments only a few times, so overall I was ok with the price. Besides, I do really like the result and the quality of the material and service was very good. Both Jeff and Mike were nice to deal with. Jeff returned my phone calls very quickly.

Very professional in presentation and installation. Quality of blinds are excellent but way to expensive.

We needed 12 foot wide window treatments for three sides of our new sun room. The product was a perfect solution, providing shade from sun, insulation from the cold in an attractive final installation. The overall experience was great. They were punctual for all appointments and the final custom product was prepared in just 3 weeks.

We had a custom blind made for our front door by American Buyers Discount. The product itself is beautiful. The gentleman's recommendation for the color and design for our door was also great. The problem we had with him was that his attitude towards us seemed to change when he learned we weren't going to purchase as many window treatments as we had hoped. I felt that we were no longer a priority to him. One example: he didn't show up one evening when he was supposed to come out and adjust the blind and didn't call to explain. When I called him a few days later, he apologized and said that he was unable to make it; explained that he had thought I wouldn't be in that evening and that he didn't want to disturb me; and that he didn't have my husband's phone #. I had indicated that I might not be in but that my husband would be there. I appreciate his not wanting to disturb me, but he could have called the next day to explain

Jeff was awesome!!! Called me within 30 minutes of my request for information, prompt in scheduling appointment for measuring and estimate. Went out if his way to schedule a date for install. All over, excellent job!!

Very good experience. The representative was very helpful and knowledgable. Brought many samples and gave good advice. Priced fairly, delivered when promised, installation was quick, neat, looks fabulous. Get many compliments on the blinds. Very nice look!

Jeff was always available and informative about the entire line of products. He must have showed us every single sample, and gave us plenty of time to make intelligent decisions. He only gave advice when asked, and his knowledge provided a sound basis for the aesthetic that we were seeking. Jeff personally installed everything and each piece went into place beautifully and he was always professional, courteous, and sometimes came bearing amazing chocolate chip cookies. We receive nothing but raves about how this project turned out.

I honestly felt the Anglie's List Offer was an advertising gimick to lure you to purchase from the featured retailer. I think I would have received the same quote regardless of purchasing the offer. Jeff was professional, punctual with outstanding follow-up service.

Jeff always responded promptly to my calls and arrived on time for appointments. He came out and took measurements on the 19th of November and installed the ordered blinds on the 19th of December. He was very friendly and professional, and the installation was quick. The order may have taken a bit longer to come in due to the holidays, but I felt it was reasonable. The product was more expensive than those at the big box stores, but I'm very pleased with the look and warranty, and the service and installation was fantastic.

I may call again for another window. He is very easy to work with.

I e-mailed Jeff in mid September and he came over within a week with samples from which I selected. It took about 3 weeks for the draperies to be made. The installer came and put them up but one of the draperies was not wide enough so the manufacturer had to make another pair which took about another 3 weeks. Both Jeff and the installers were very nice and made sure I was pleased with the work. Overall I was satisfied with the finished project.

Jeff is an amazingly knowledgeable individual. He knows his stuff to the nth degree! I first met with him at my house at the beginning of September 2012. He brought samples, etc., but I was pretty committed to shutters. I wanted to be able to have privacy and ventilation. He recommended Hunter Douglas Silhouette shades for my windows, which actually fit the bill perfectly. He did suggest that I hold off ordering the shades until September 15, because Hunter Douglas, after that date, was offering $50.00 off per shade/window. He saved me $200.00 that way! So the shades were ordered on September 15. On October 9, he came to install them. He arrived right on time, and the shades were up in no time. I am so impressed with how they look, too. Plus, I liked Jeff so much, I have recommended him to my friend, and she has already placed an order with him. He is a very nice man, and he is so helpful. He was here on October 30 to measure some other rooms for shades. I highly recommend Jeff and his company.

We decided not to go with their service for a few different reasons. For instance, they wanted me to mail a check as they would not take a credit card and their prices were inflated.
