Rick answered calls promptly, and came out to assess our needs within a couple of days of our contacting him. He walked up and down the steps a few times and evaluated what need to be done before writing out a detailed estimate. This happened just as Fall was turning to winter, so completing the work was delayed by weather. We made contact again in the Spring, and he completed the work in 2 days. We had previously obtained estaimates fro mother providers that were 2-3 times the cost that we paid, and with no detail in the estimate. I was very pleased and would definitely use Rick again!

Rick was great about looking at the work and giving me an honest estimate, he made sure to finish the windows flush with the brick and it shows in the end result. Really nice work and priced very reasonably.
