 + -1 moreHe really gave us a hard time, and cost us a lot of money. We payed him cash, and he never did the job. We actually took him to court about it, but they're probably not going to be able to find him. I woud say to stay away from him.
Description of Work: He was supposed to do a side stoop, and railings, which he never completed.
