Description of Work: Contracted to provide flowers for wedding and reception--none of the arrangements were as we had ordered, the boutoniers for the men were wilting before they even put them on, the flower-girls ball of flowers was supposed to have ribbon streamers and a ribbon handle--it came with no streamers, and a pipe cleaner handle(!) that came off right when the ball was picked up. WE bought and owned the vases for the reception--he tried to steal them after the reception. He did not keep appointments and we paid for flowers we did not receive. He is not ethical and not a gentleman.
