Had the work done, but the provider had problem with the gate. He had to come back a couple time, but fixed everything. Was great, did everything he could and is an asset to the company. The worker and his boss, as well!

Two men came to install the fence and railing. They asked me exactly what I wanted done and where the fencing was to be installed. They were very receptive to a few changes that we decided to make and made some suggestions. It took approximately 6 hours to install. They respected my property by covering the patio concrete with tarps as they worked and placed the dirt removed in other areas of the property were it was needed. As the work progressed, they confirmed with me as to what I would prefer. After the installation was finished, the work area was cleaned up to look as it was before and they instructed me as to the care of the fencing. Because of the changes made some of the ordered fencing was not used and my final billing was adjusted accordingly. I was very pleased with the workmanship and with the workmen themselves.

The repairs went well. The gentlemen who did the repairs (Ed and partner) were professional and did an excellent job with the repairs. They need to order a part to finish the repairs. Ed called me and kept me updated on when the part when arrive and when he would be there to finish. The complaint I would have is the responsiveness to return my calls to get an estimate and repairs started on the fence. I understand this is the busy time for a fence company. I called as soon as the damage was done. No one called back. My husband stopped at the office of the company and he talked with a gentleman who gave him his business card with his cell phone number on it. He asked we send pictures of the damage. We did this 2 days later. We never heard from him for 8 days. I then called his cell phone and he said he deleted my pictures could I send them again. I did but I had to keep calling to get the project started. As I stated previously, I understand they are very busy at this time. I just would have appreciated the gentlemen returning my calls without me calling him every couple of days. All I wanted was a timetable on when I could expect someone to come and give me a final estimate and when it would be possible to start the repairs. That was the only issue I had. My fence looks like brand new. In the last 2 months three people have asked who put up my fence and would I recommend them. I said yes, but not sure how long it will take for them to get back to you.

Poorly; it took them 5 weeks to get back to me about scheduling an appointment after 4 repeated phone calls, and then when they did schedule, the person never showed up. When I called, they admitted they forgot to put my appointment into their computer.

Affordable Fence was great! They had the best pricing and fastest turn-around time. They were very polite, professional and receptive to our questions or adjustments throughout the project. They were super quick and even worked through bitter temperatures, rain or shine. They had multiple projects going on, but they always took time to check in on their work, answer questions and make sure we were satisfied every step of the way. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. The fence went up quickly and they didn't take any shortcuts. Thank you to Affordable Fence for doing such beautiful work.

They installed beautiful white vinyl railings up steps from driveway and then up steps to porch --two separate railings. One man came, one man accomplished the job, quietly and with expertise. Cleaned up like he was never there. Neighbors all are STILL complimenting us on the clean lines and nice job. Completely satisfied!

Installer Steve came and did a great job. After one of the posts was put it, he wasn't satisfied with how it was so replaced it the next day. The job was great and our home value was greatly improved.

Took them about 4 days of only working about 4-5 hours a day. They made a little bit of a mess with the white plastic shavings all over my yard. I would have appreciated it a bit more if they kept that to a minimum. The actual fence itself looks great. I really like that the fence is cut to size which allowed them to have the fence follow the contour of our yard. We have a dog, so that was important to us that she can't squeeze under the fence. Other than the initial greeting and walk through of starting the work I didn't have much interaction with the workers. I wish they would have asked me to be there for a final walk through as there is a corner of the fence that appears to be cut slightly too short, which could have been fixed if I had the opportunity to point it out.

First of all had trouble getting calls returned . Very bad communication didn't know until the day before that they were coming even though we had called the week before to find out and never got called back. The first guy that showed up didn't know the details of what was supposed to be done and had to wait for a few hours before the installer Dale, came to go over things with me because my daughter was at work.He told me what he'd do and would make sure gaps didn't exist so our dog wouldn't get out. My daughter called the office because she had questions about the price and that guy was rude to her. They weren't very professional the 3 days they were here. Played radio loud out in yard, asked me for drinks either water or beer. Told him just had water. Today they were finishing the job and towards end of day started rushing around to leave. My daughter went out to look to make sure everything was done right. There were 2 gaps in different parts of the yard where dog could get out. One he had told me about ahead of time but said he'd fix it so dog wouldn't get out. The other he didn't tell us about. When my daughter asked him about the gaps he was rude to her and was annoyed she was asking about it. I went out to tell him I didn't appreciate him talking to her like that he denied it then said he's annoyed because he's all muddy and he has to hurry up and pick up his son. Well we don't have control over the weather which caused the mud and when he has a job to do he shouldn't be trying to cut corners so he could pick up his son. He put another pole in gaps but let us know he wasn't happy about it. Even though he was in a hurry to leave he took the time to stand there and argue with us till my daughter told him to just leave. He left yelling back at us. We will make sure we tell everyone we know not to use this company!

Fence looks great! Guys were on time, so nice and very professional. This was the second time I've used them. They are very reasonable and do great work.

We're very happy with them. We also absolutely love the fence that they put in. It's ornamental in the front and other fencing in the back. It looks great. They had to come back and repair something afterwards, because we didn't like the way it was. But they did come back and took care of it right away. We had a positive experience with them. We would use them again and we would recommend them to others. We really liked them. We looked at other prices and their prices were reasonable. They're very responsive. They've always called us right back.

Pete and Nick were the installers and arrived right when they said they would. They got right to work after walking me through the process and going through everything with me. The second day they worked from 9am until 8pm with only a 30 minute break. They were absolutely fantastic to work with and explained everything to me. They were also very friendly toward our dogs which I appreciated! They left touch up paint as well and cleaned everything up when they left. I highly recommend them and would use them again in the future. The company also installed quicker than the estimated time and provided a temporary fence for my dogs while the fence was ordered. Mark (the railing division manager) and Steve (the installer) were very knowledgeable, courteous, and a pleasure to deal with. The railing job was planned, quoted and installed in a very timely and professional manner. I am completely satisfied with my experience with Affordable Fence and Railing and I highly recommend. The new railing looks fantastic and I'm sure it has added value to my home!

Mark from affordable fence and railing came to my home to give an estimate for replacing rod iron railing and putting a hand rail up the front steps. After going over what he suggested and deciding on a color Almond to match the siding on the upper part of the house, I gave him a deposit and he said Steve would call me in 5 or 6 weeks. Steve called and set up a time about 5 weeks after seeing Mark. He promptly arrived and started to work. He was very courteous, did a wonderful job with replacing the rod iron railings and coming back to do the hand rail coming up the steps. He did a wonderful job with both. Cleaned up everything and I'm very pleased with the outcome. Affordable Fence did previous work for us putting a fence up in our back yard. I would highly recommend this company for fencing or vinyl railings.

Let me start off by saying what a great experience. Initially we received two quotes, one from a well known company that specializes in only railings and then from Affordable. The first estimate we received was extremely expensive, although the presentation was impressive. It was due to the impressive presentation by the first that my wife and I were hesitant to even get a second quote, thinking no one else would compare. However, since we already scheduled Affordable prior to the first quote, we thought why not see what they have to offer. Mark came and presented Affordable's product. The more Mark went over his vinyl railing, the more I was wondering why the competition was so much more expensive. The small differences that there were, I felt could not justify the huge gap in price. After Mark provided his quote, my wife and I spent one day deciding. Within one day the contact was signed and Mark told me to expect about five weeks until the install. However, within the next two weeks, Steve the installer, called and installed the railing. I was very surprised at how quick they were able to schedule the install. Steve came on Friday, May 2nd and installed the railing while we weren't home. By the time we got home from work the railing was completed and Steve had already left. I was impressed by the quality of the product and the install. I had no complaints about the the install or the clean up afterwards. As I was looking over the railing, I noticed a very small scratch that if you weren't paying very close attention to, you would miss it. My intention was to call Affordable on the following Monday and inform them of the scratch. But, to my surprise, Steve called me the next day at 8:30 am and informed me of the scratch and told me that he was going to replace that section by noon that day. Wow, now that's what I am very impressed by. This was something that I could have called about and scheduled to have changed at a later date, but Steve noticed the scratch during clean up and felt it was important enough to get fixed ASAP. Due to this attention to detail, Affordable has my upmost confidence as a company. As you can see in this review, my experience with Affordable has been outstanding! From sales to product to install, I am impressed. I am very happy that we decided to see what Affordable had to offer before making the mistake to go with a more expensive product/company. They have me for life as a customer and I highly recommend them to anyone.

They were professional and included all pricing in the quote. Explained what would be best for my needs. Completed job and everything was cleaned up as promised.

The sales rep was very prompt and was able to generate a written estimate for me on the spot. The work was completed on schedule, and I did not have to be home for the railings to be installed. They still look great and were sturdy enough to survive my recent water main break (the same cannot be said for a similar looking fence installed by the previous owners).

Went with another provider. I am uncertain of the exact date of last contact. Affordable fence had a 5-7 week wait not including weather delays. I needed a faster response. After review, the cost was in line with the contractor I chose.

Super! Theirs was my second estimate. (First was from the most heavily advertised provider in the area). Affordable was half the price. The salesman had a tool created by someone in their shop to measure the stair railing correctly - it worked like a charm. When the stair rails were put up, the posts were perfectly vertical and evenly spaced. The whole thing looks as good as pictured.Only downside was that it took two days and probably could have been done in one if they had two people, maybe a and quot;helperand quot; to dig the post holes. But the one worker that did the installation was fabulous. He had to remove some porch decking on one side to create an anchor for the post, and you'd never know it was touched! He dug two postholes in rocky soil by hand. Brought all his own tools and water - I was home, but I wouldn't have needed to be. Cleaned up the site well, replaced the dirt around the posts so that I could throw down the grass seed. It's been close to a year, and everything still looks great and is rock solid. I'm sure it has added value to my home.

I didn't end up getting the work done because my husband lost his job. Everybody was fine. I didn't have any problems with the people that came to give the quote. I would definitely call them back when I decide to get the work done.

They were great. The price was very reasonable. They kept us updated as to when they were going to start the installation, and when they started the installation, there was one person installing, and he was there every day, until it got done.
