Description of Work: They installed 198 feet of black chain link fence. The owner came out to measure and was very personable and pleasant. Dave was the installer and he was fabulous. We were not at home at the time on installation but he kept us informed on progress and called with questions. He was very concerned and wanted to make sure the job was being done to our standards. He called back after the job was complete to make sure we were satisfied. Which we are very satisfied. He showed up early and worked late. The total job was finished within a few days just like we were told.

Description of Work: I had an estimate done for fencing. The gentleman, I think his name was Dan showed up on time to measure what I would need, but could not answer any questions that I had. He was only there to measure and spent approximately 10 minutes with me. I did receive a quick response with the estimate from Bryan on my answering machine with all the details of what would be included the next day.

Description of Work: I used this company last year to install shadowbox fencing along one property line. I tried calling them this year to get them to return to give me a quote for installing fencing along the other property line and could not get them to return the calls. I called two times and the second time I mentioned to the answering service that I had called before without a return call. I even sent an e-mail to them. And this spring I realize the fence they installed last fall was not installed properly - it left as much as 10 inches at the bottom even though I told them I needed it constructed flush with the ground so the dogs can't get out. Now I have to use tacky metal fencing to make sure the dogs don't crawl out under the fence. I'd call to tell them that - but what's the point? They won't call me back.

Description of Work: The wait time to get scheduled took a while, but we had other yard work to get done so it didn't bother us much at the time. After the initial estimate & measuring, our fence install was scheduled about 1.5 months out. Got a call from the installer wanting to start the next day on a Monday (SURE!) 2 guys came out, unloaded and after we walked the perimeter they started drilling holes for the posts. It took about 3 days due to the gates being built, but within the same week our fence was done. thx Affordable Fence!

Description of Work: Dave came to work at 7:30 in the morning. he said that he had a helper, who didn't show up. So Dave started working by himself. he was always on time and started working right away. it took him 3 days, but he did an excellent job. he always cleaned up after he was done. if I had another job I would hire him again.

Description of Work: Replaced railing on front porch and steps. Originally we were told job would be done by end of November. When we didn't here from them we called, reaching an answering service. When they did return our call 2 days later , they said they were coming in three days. A little more time to re-arrange our work schedules would have been nice, but all worked out well in the end. When they couldn't finish job in one day (a Friday) installer returned on Saturday and finished. Looks great! Nice work!

Description of Work: They put up a black chain link fence around my whole property and a fence to separate the garden from the rest of the yard. They came promptly at the agreed upon time, dug the holes and set the posts; came back the next day to finish. We professional and pleasant. And my neighbors like the fence!

Description of Work: The provider was on time to prepare an estimate for the work. Was efficient in what he did. Took a personal note when he expressed his dislike of Doberman Pinschers after I had explained I was having new fencing put up to keep my new Dobe pup safe. There was an additional cost added to remove the current fence and haul it away. (That was already in the estimate cost from another provider). The provider I chose came in at a lesser price/

Description of Work: What's punctual and returning phone call. Knowledgeable about the product. However estimate was raised higher than other companies.

Description of Work: Fence installed around sides of yard and back yard, along with 3 gates. Installation was amazing! Not only did they begin when they indicated, but they completed on time (even with a rain day) which was wonderful because we had 30 kids, parents, grandparents and siblings showing up the next day for prom pictures. They also cleaned everything up as they went along!

Description of Work: I called to get pricing on privacy panels for my chain link fence and she said they did not install them but she would give me a call back with pricing if I wanted to order through them and install myself. I never received a call back with pricing and the lady was very rude on the phone. I would not use this company in the future.
