 + -1 moreMake sure you have someone that can double check the work because the general contractor didnt and we have problems because of it.
Description of Work: Contracted Advance Construction as General Contractor for a facade renovation on one of our buildings. The exterior work which could be seen was fine, it was up on the roof line and ledge work that was not finished. It was like if they cant see it............ We called and sent pictures of the unfinished work and we never received a call back from the company.
