 + 6 moreFrom start to finish Ryan was unbelievably calm, respectful, honest and his team of contractors followed his example. I am a young woman and never did I feel disrespected, uncomfortable or that I was being tr aged unprofessionally.
Description of Work: Ryan Adams and his team have now completed full renovations on two multi unit properties for me in the area of lawrenceville. The scope of the work included new bathrooms, kitchens, hardwood flooring, brick exposure, wall replacement and ceilings by repairs. In addition he has also performed structural work to ensure the safety and longevity of my properties. Lastly he has been working on a commercial space with me that will be a bar restaurant so his scope of work is well versed.

Description of Work: We have had work done on our roof, drywall work and constructing a closet. The team replaced our entire roof, fixed a leaking exhaust vent and coated the roof with protective sealant. They have also framed, insulated and dry walled a closet, in addition to odd jobs around our house.

Ryan and his workers listened to what we wanted in the room, sometimes offerings suggestions on improvements. His estimate was affordable, with no add-on charges.
Description of Work: Ryan reinstalled a 1st floor bathroom that had been used as a pantry for many years.

 + 1 moreRyan was actually early in completing his work (as he has in previous work for me). He managed to unbuild the older porch, empty it of the debris, he stuck to his quote despite finding a larger hole in the foundation than he had anticipated, and built a more secure new porch. He did this all in less than 24 hours and several days early.
Description of Work: He pulled out a rotting porch, found a hole in the foundation, filled in the hole, sealed other openings, and rebuilt a new porch.

I've used him previous to this job and will consider him for for additional projects. His team also does smaller jobs, which can be hard to find.

Description of Work: The job involved extensive repairs and remodeling to a 2 floor apartment in a 1910 house. Work involved carpentry, minor electrical and plumbing and major repair, refinishing and painting of old plaster walls and woodwork. Their finished work was first rate and the result looks like new. The crews worked well when tasks were defined but had to be pushed to clean up during the project. |Closer supervision would have prevented some minor install issues and possibly prevented a major issue, namely theft by one of the workers of some food and money. Although the worker was fired and the owner replaced the money the experience was a dark clout that spoiled the atmosphere. |The workers DID clean up satisfactorily at the end of the job. The finished job looks like new. |The price fairly represented a significant amount of troubleshooting and labor over a two month period. The finished job was excellently done.

Most contractors aren't very good with communicating with clients in my opinion, but Ryan Adams and his father Bob Adams always answered their phones and got back to me in a timely fashion. I will definitely be using this contractor again.
Description of Work: Painting, door installation, roof replacement, pergo floor installation, outside steps installation, framed/built out laundry room on first floor.
