They showed up well in advance, checked out the hall settings to see what they'd be able to use for their set up, speakers, videos and smoke machine, set up well in advance time. Played music that we didn't have to worry about context as agreed. The kids as well as grown ups danced from the time they started playing till the time they were through. Handled requests, and talked to the kids about what music they'd like to hear. During times of cutting of cake and such, they helped by anouncing to help quiet the crowd, directing their attention to what we needed done. Was good enough where the music was played well, but not to the point of such a small hall that we couldn't enjoy conversation between each other.
