The person who agreed to do the work did not appear on the date agreed upon and telephone calls to the business were not returned. We called the next contractor to do the work.

Response from A&W MAINTENANCE
The job that I was on had work added by the customer and I was unable to to arrive at the scheduled date. Member was notified but did not return the call. When I finally did talk to Member I was informed that someone else had been hired to do the job. I apologized for the delay then and will do so again now. Despite my best efforts delays in this busness are all too common especialy given the fact that I refuse to hire" unknown" helpers and bring them into my customers homes.

He is extremely professional and friendly. Gives a detailed and accurate estimate. He is very capable on many levels. (He designed and built a walk-in closet for us.) Also, he is very honest and trustworthy.
Description of Work: Plastering, drywall, painting, repaired water damage. In the past, he has installed shelving, installed lighting, hung mirrors and stained glass panels, and various other small repairs.
