He also painted my front porch, did steel railings and painted on my back porch. He put a new storm door on the back of the house. I thought he did the windows in an excellent fashion. He did them in two days, left no mess, and I can't tell that they are new windows as his installation was perfect. He always cleans up well, and does excellent work. He is very professional.

My experience with the actual worker that came to my home was good. My problem came with the owner. He re-caulked the window and he told me that he didn't think that was the problem. I had him go ahead and re-caulk it, but he said that he would come back out if I needed him to. It was okay, but I left for a couple of weeks and the window leaked while I was gone. He came out and did a more extensive repair, which was fine. I had to call back again and they will not return my calls. Again, my complaint is not with the worker, but the owner. I also think he should break down his bills a little better. He does not give a very detailed bill or itemize.
