 + -1 moreI was told everything worked. A few weeks after we moved in the air-conditioned blower motor went out. There was sediment in the water that was not noticed or reported. There are several things that slipped his inspection. He was great at answering my questions and making me feel like we would be taken care of. However, that wasn't the case. I really feel that the quality of his work and inspection is lacking something.
Description of Work: I had him inspect my home before I bought it.
