Description of Work: I initially called them to fix a broken septic system but they told me they only clean septic tanks. When they heard my problem though, they gave me a referral for someone who could help me and that made all the difference to me. When later as part of the process of fixing my sewage problem, they |immediately came and cleaned a septic tank that probably hadn't been cleaned for over 50 years. The owner and his son came in person. He explained to me that it was a family business over three generations. You could tell they took pride in what they did and I can understand why; they are very professional but with a personal touch. They care about people. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Description of Work: Podobnik Sanitation pumped out the septic tank and checked it for proper operation. They responded promptly to my request for service, were exactly on time for an early appointment and charged a reasonable fee for their professional service.

+ -1 moreThe septic tank had not been emptied in over 16 years and was 7 feet down under the back yard. Andy Podobnik came well recommended. He couldn't do the excavating of the tank himself, but gave us his brother's name and number for the excavation. When the time came to empty the tanks, after the covers were excavated and taken off, he was in and out fairly quickly, and did a great job. Our house is on a hill with limited access to the back yard, so I expected issues with getting the hoses up to and down from the area. There was no problems and no mess to deal with afterward. Great family business, came out right away, and was vary professional.
