Got a great bid for the job, & it was totally worth it! Did an outstanding job! They have an awesome crew that work very well together. A fabulous job from start to finish. Went the extra step to clean up THOROUGHLY after the work was completed. Very conscientious workers. On time each day and was sure that weather was conducive for what they needed to do that day & get done. Highly recommend their services!

The provider was one of the best contractor's to deal with. Performed excellent work at a reasonable price. Would recommend for the future or referral.

I left an e-mail for them to contact me regarding an est. for replacing my driveway. They never contacted me. I moved on. I see that I am not the only one.

We were desperately searching for a contractor as we had just moved and needed a place to set our hot tub. Chip came to us as a referral. We communicated once, discussed the options, and I received a quote the following day. Amazing! And, the price was a lot less than what we originally paid for the slab at our old house. Fortunately for us, the plumber on job Chip was working on was running a little behind. Chip called me to ask if I would be okay if he poured my slab the next morning. He told me his team would be there bright an early, which was great by me. They arrived at 6:45, and were finished less than three hours later. Start to finish, Chip walked me through every stage of the installation. His many years of knowledge and experience in his trade were more than obvious; and, his respect for his team was also appreciated. Our slab looks absolutely gorgeous! Working so hard to find Chip definitely paid off. I would highly recommend his services, and will use him again at our home in the future.

Chip and his team do top quality work. If everyone was this good there would be no need for Angie's List! As soon as I contacted Chip I received a return call the same day! We set up a consultation, and within days he was hear listening to ideas and consulting with us. The designing process was very easy with Chip. He is very knowledgeable about what works best and the materials that are the best to use for your particular design. When it was time for the project to begin, his team was here promptly and worked diligently. They are professional, hard working and talented. I was impressed with their work. This is the first call you need to make to get the job done right.

Owner came out and looked at job and provided bid. On August 2nd, I sent in signed proposal, and sent email to have the work done the week of August 24th (3+ weeks later). I called on August 24th to schedule the work, and left a message. Owner called me mid-morning on the 25th to say he would be there in the afternoon to tear out existing concrete. At this time (and not before) he asked if the two courses of cobblestones that separated my driveway from the adjoining townhouse's driveway could be removed. I then checked with the neighbor, and she preferred to leave the two rows of cobblestones, and I called the owner back within minutes to let him know. (Parenthetically, paving all the way across the property line and to her driveway might well have caused some property line issues and repair responsibility issues later on.) That afternoon, the owner called to ask the the parkway was always so slow, and that due to the traffic, his existing trucks would talk too long to dump old concrete, and he would either have to "find a three-axle dump truck he could borrow," or make some other arrangements. He said he would call me back that day (Tuesday). He never called on Tuesday, and he never called on Wednesday. In fact, he has never called back again. Late Wednesday night, I sent the owner an email suggesting that it did not appear that he wanted the job, and that I suspected that his lack of permission to remove the cobblestones (which were there when he bid the job) was the likely issue, since residents of the area (and he is one) know about occasional traffic issues on the parkway. Besides, he said he has done work in the area of my home. He never responded to the email, never called to see if he could work out the situation, never made any contact whatsoever. He just walked away from the contract.

This company is top notch in every way! Chip is very easy to work with and his entire team is hard working, professional and dependable. They completed the work when they said they would and arrived each day on time and ready to work. We had several bids and this price was reasonable compared to the other bids. But even more important, the work was excellent! We were very pleased with all aspects of this job, from the bid, to the daily work, the clean-up and the final product. We highly recommend this company for concrete work!

They were very quick to respond to my repair call. They came while I was at work and completed the job without any cost to me. They also explained why the hole appeared, and that the repair would last through the life of the driveway

A.E. NICHOLS DID A GREAT JOB ON OUR DRIVEWAY. IT TOOK THEM ABOUT 3 DAYS TO DO THE WORK. ALL THE WORKERS WERE VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY TOOK THE TIME TO TELL US HOW TO MAINTAIN OUR NEW CONCRETE.
