21st Century Sound & Security

I bought a new radio for my classic car and had 21st Century Sound do the installation; I was there on-time and they were ready for me The car was restored out-of-state and that shop re-installed all of the audio components; during the installation and optest of the radio, 21st Century found the other shop had done some shoddy work, so they redid everything properly. As it turns-out, the radio I had bought was faulty, so 21st Century attempted some troubleshooting but the manufacturer did not provide adequate support. After bringing the car home, I contacted the radio manufacturer and arranged for a replacement radio to be shipped to me. I went back to 21st Century to perform the swap (remove the faulty radio & install the replacement); they were again ready for me at the appointed time and also did the swap free of charge (thank you!) I am satisfied with their work and would recommend people in the same situation to go to 21st Century Sound.

I wanted a remote starter installed in my car for the winter. I did not know what kind of remote start to have installed. They explained what remote starter would be best for my vehicle and did not try to sell me any unnecessary parts. (I had the AVITAL 4103 Four-Button installed. ) The installation was quick approximately 2 hours. The waiting area is small but they do have a place to wait. They offered free battery replacement at any time for the keychain remotes.

Upon the purchase of a 1991 Nissan 300ZX, I realized that I'd need to install a new radio in order to have any sound in the car. Considering the fact that I tend to be a do-it-yourselfer, I replaced the radio and found that the radio itself wasn't the problem, but rather proprietary Bose amplifiers in each of the speaker compartments. Due to this, I made sure to purchase speakers that were considered to be the right size for the car and went to find a good installer. I contacted 21st century due to the fact that I didn't have the time to do any more with the car in the near future. I also didn't trust myself to make sure the installation was squeak free. We set up an appointment and the owner, Jeff, even offered to drive me back to work after I had dropped it off. After his installer began, he realized that the speakers that I had were the wrong size and they offered to install their own for a reasonable price. I agreed and they stayed until 8pm at night working on my car. Because of how late it was, Jeff even offered to pick me up and bring me back. I paid exactly what he had quoted me plus the speakers and I was very pleased with the service and professionalism. I couldn't recommend them more!

VERY PROFESSIONAL. I COULD TELL THAT THEY HAD EXPERIENCE IN DOING THIS TYPE OF WORK. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE PRICING AND THE TIMELY MANNER IN WHICH MY WORK WAS DONE.
