Did not show up during the window scheduled

We emailed mid June and didn't get a response. We gave the benefit of the doubt that maybe email hadn't gone through so my husband called approx June 22. We were told that he would come out Monday, June 26 but not a time. We stayed home all day and they never showed up. My husband called and left a message the next day and we never got a call back even to this day-July 15.

I scheduled a Sunday pickup a good month in advance via their online booking system. I called them the Wednesday before to confirm and a woman answered and confirmed my appointment. Come Sunday, they were a no-show. No calls, emails...nothing. I tried to call them several times and got voicemail with a full mailbox. Tried to find additional contact information via Linked In for owner. Information states he hasn't been with this company since last February. Luckily I was able to get 1800GOTJUNK to come out and rescue me so I'm going to give them a great big "A' review.

Removal was pretty good. Took them 2 trips because they already had stuff in the truck when they came. BUT, they unplugged my freezer without asking or telling me, and forgot to plug it back in. I discovered it 2 days later. They kept passing me back and forth on the phone, and have never resolved the more than $250 loss of food in my freezer!

He only took one thing and it cost more than $50 but I appreciate having the break. He came and he hauled it out. He was very professional. If he had been willing to take another small item that would have been helpful but I couldn't believe how much hauling cost.

They were there the day after my call, picked up the stuff cleanly, and left.

Provided me with a courtesy call during mentioned time window, arrived promptly and took away my old TV. Polite, friendly and swift.

Their service worked out perfectly. They were very polite and explained things. I was satisfied with their professionalism. I had to pay a little bit extra because my stuff was more the big deal worth.

My husband waited all day for them to show up at our home. They did not arrive. He tried numerous times to contact them. They said they would be late, but did not come at all. Frustrating.

I have sent two emails to schedule and the company has not responded in 10 + days. I have now requested a refund.

The company did not contact me. Not even after I called them.

Arrived timely, worked hard and steady, Efficiently removed almost two truckloads of furniture and misc. items from house I lived in for 23 yerars (of accumulated "stuff"). Cleaned up adequately. Professional and courteous behavior.

It was excellent. Just fantastic. They really did an excellent deal for me.

It was fantastic! They were the best guys in the whole wide world! They were even willing to haul an old car away.

I used their deal of $20 for $100 worth of junk removal, and paid them an extra $80 because my total cost would have been close to $200 without the coupon. (So I saved about $80 in the end.) These guys (one named Joe, sorry, can't remember the other guy's name) arrived as scheduled, hauled out every item I asked them to, and were super-nice about it. I thought hauling guys would be nit-picky about every item and hit me up extra $ for every little item I threw at them, but they were not. They happily took a couple extra items that I threw their way at the last minute. I would definitely call on these guys again, and I highly recommend this service, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU CAN NAB A DEAL ON ANGIE'S LIST WITH THEM. Thanks Guys!

Awesome! I had the team of Grant and Greg and they did such a great job I cannot say enough. They cleaned out the loft in my garage which had tons of old heavy and huge junk. Then they swept it and left it totally clean. They also cleaned out my basement including bunch of old paint cans. Then I get a call later that night saying they found a DVD I threw away titled "Family Memories". They asked if I really meant to throw it away or not and if they should save it for me! That's amazing that they did that and I will always use these guys again and recommend them to everyone.

They weren't aware that I had purchased the deal thru Angie's List at first, and the quote was pretty high. When i explained, they still quoted me higher than what was in the deal. I explained that the deal was not written correctly, and after viewing it, they agreed. I ended up paying double the deal, but was happy with the results.

The guys were great, until the end when they said I supposedly owed money....that the deal was for $20 BUT there was a minimum charge from their company so I owed more....When I showed them the voucher printout and it said nothing about that, they waived it.

We had everything in spot for them to pick up. They were fine! The total cost did not exceed the Big Deal.

I bought a bagster which clearly states they'll go up your driveway well when wm cancelled my order because 'the truck couldn't make it up the driveway' I had to call someone in found the deal and went for it they took everything that wm wouldn't touch and the bagster and even came up the driveway, imagine that... great job guys... they were gone in less than an hour... I had to give a b for price find it staggering how much it costs to get rid of garbage, but they were a lot cheaper than that other company
