1-800-GOT-JUNK?

I called for an appointment to have 2 large, heavy sofa beds removed from my second floor. The 2 men, Greg and Tyson, were delayed but kept me informed as to possible time of arrival. Despite arriving several hours after the scheduled time, they apologized for the delay. I was impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. They were able to maneuver one large sofa through a doorway that original movers had great difficulty with. They were able to get the sofas down a flight of stairs that had two 90 degree turns. They took extreme caution to not damage walls, floors or baseboards. Greg used his hands to prevent the beds from touching the walls. It truly was amazing to watch how carefully they were able to move both very heavy sofas. I inquired as to what happens with the products they remove . They explained that items that are potentially usable are taken to their warehouse where several different non-profit organizations may come to pick up items for them to use. Large items such as sofa beds generally are not picked up by many non-profit organizations. I would have no hesitation to use this company again.

Scheduling the visit was easy and without a long wait. A previous job ran long but they kept me informed of the time they expected to arrive. It was still within the timeframe I had booked. The price was reasonable and within the estimate given. I would definitely recommend them.

They were on time and extremely friendly and professional. They took a look at everything, gave me a price, got to work and loaded everything quickly. They even cleaned up afterwards, which I wasn’t expecting, so that was definitely a huge plus. The price depended on how everything fit into the truck and how much room it all took up, which I didn’t think was too bad. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their services and will definitely use them again in the future if needed.

Team was fast, efficient, arrived on time. They were, however, a little too interested in some of my junk that I wasn't sure if it would be recycled or resold. I guess it doesn't really matter, since all I wanted was for it to be out of my house.

2 men and a truck arrived on time. What appeared to be a truck and a half worth of material was loaded efficiently into a single truck. Very little was left behind. The men were careful to pack efficiently to make sure everything fit into the truck. They were polite and efficient. In my opinion, the cost was much higher than it should have been but the service was great. They swept out the garage and left it very clean.

I had used the service previously for a last minute need on furniture removal, but this was the first time that I had scheduled the pick-up in advance and prepared for a large load of items. I am not exaggerating to say that I was amazed that the gentleman who arrived were able to fit everything that I had in my garage into 2/3 of the truck. Because you pay by the amount of the truck that is filled, I would have thought that they had little motivation to be as efficient as possible, but I swear they pulled out all of their best Tetris(tm) skills in order to take up minimal space. In addition, they were extremely professional, quick and very clear about the cost, their process, etc. They also cleaned my garage floor before leaving, such that it was cleaner than it had been since I moved into the house. For a single person with limited ability to move furniture and heavy items on her own, I absolutely love this service and will definitely use them again.

It went perfect. The two gentlemen that came to my house were amazing, and very nice. I would definitely recommend recommend them to anybody who needs to have junk cleared out of their house.

When they first arrived, they looked over all the things I needed removed and then gave me a price for the service, I agreed and they began removing the things that I asked them to do. There was an extra charge for removing a computer monitor and TV but that also was discussed before I agreed. They were both very professional in their processing of the materials and very efficient at removing the things from the places that they were. I would highly recommend them for anyone who has junk to remove. And I will use them again as I continue to clean out long overdue junk!

They arrived earlier than expected but called first to see if we were available. The team that arrived were Logan and Zack who were very friendly and accommodating. They called another team in to help with the 2nd piano because it needed to be carried down several steps. The entire job took 1 hr. and everything was put back in place before leaving. We were very pleased with the result and would recommend using this company if you are in need of this service.

Great turn around time. I could have gotten same day service if I had requested it. I called late afternoon and they came the next day. Cost is based on space used on truck. I felt it was fair. Great crew of young guys who were pleasant and considerate. Got the job done in a timely manner and were on their way. Would use this service again.

Two young men from 1-800-Gotjunk arrived exactly on time. They entered and looked over the job. They removed the top cover of the refrogerator and began to move it out; water became an immediate issue; they put down over our carpet, a tarp. The job of taking this item out to the truck and lifting the thing onto the bed was a monster, and these guys performed brilliantly. The range, washer and dryer and television were not a problem at all. These two young men were professional, courteous, and efficient. Their work was right on professional. Just a perfect job!!

This is a very professional, reliable company and our experience was excellent.

This is the first time I used a company to remove junk, so I had no idea what to expect. I didn't have a full load, although the items were somewhat heavy. Anyway, they quoted me a price of $179, which seemed reasonable for what I had. It was easy to book an appointment online and they came on Saturday morning so I didn't have to take any time off from work. Would definitely use again in the future.

This is the second time I've used 1-800-gotjunk? Both times I had professional young men come to my house, assess the amount of work, make a quote on the spot, and then haul away the goods. This time, when they were done they broom swept the floors in the basement, which I did not expect, but was delighted by. Price was acceptable to me and they came both times within house of my calling. Can't say enough good things.

They were extremely friendly, well-organized. They came when they said they would and did what they needed to do. They really had their act together.

I contacted the provider on Monday, 8/11/14 and explained what I would like to have done. They were very accommodating and scheduled an appointment for me the next day. In approx. 20 min I received a call from the driver just checking in and asking additional questions to understand the job. While we were on the phone he volunteered that there was a truck in my area and they could actually come today. I passed on the offer and kept my scheduled appt for 8/12. Prior to the scheduled time (10:00-Noon) I received a call and was given a specifically time for arrival. (10:45) The people who arrived were very professional, efficient and completed the job quickly. I truly did not have to lift a finger. The sofa was a challenge but the 2 people were up to the task and everything went well. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Silvio called in route to the house. I showed them all the stuff I wanted them to remove. They packed the truck so I would get my money's worth. They were fast and efficient and very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone that has a lot of old furniture and stuff to get rid of

It went very smoothly. They kept working. When they left to get another truck, they were back within 45 minutes. They were very professional.

I heard back promptly after submitting my inquiry. Matt stopped by to look at the pile and provide me a quote within an hour. He was communicative and transparent - shared with me the company's set price list and where he estimates this job fits on it. He was interested to know my budget and work within it. We settled on a price I was happy with and were able to schedule the pick up for the next day. Joe that showed up the next day was positive and extremely helpful. I was supposed to move my car out of the driveway, so the truck can back into the yard - but the car would not start. He immediately offered his help - and we were able to get the car going. As the pile included some heavy concrete slabs Joe had to call a helper, who arrived shortly. They both worked hard and quickly to load the pile of construction debris, and made sure they got everything I needed them to remove. I paid exactly what Matt quoted me. No hassles. (Did make sure to tip Joe for going above and beyond here). 1-800-GOT-JUNK were easy to work with, and provided excellent service.
