Reliant gas lines is a natural gas service line repair or replacement company. I handle the buried portion of the service line from curb stop to meter and the buried house line if the meter is far away from the house. I do a good job at a fair price, am qualified for both Peoples Gas and Columbia Gas and fully insured. As a small owner operator business I can be flexible on scheduling as these types of problems tend to be emergencies. While in business for myself just a short time now I have over 15 years of experience in the natural gas industry involving repair and replacement of gas mains and service lines.

"Overall the multiple projects went well. More costly than expected but we did receive some discounts which helped. The only one item I would mention is that we bought an incorrect faucet/drain combination. The tech replaced the drain components but since the faucet we had was designed to have a pull lever for the drain, and the one he used was a push down stopper, the hole where the pull up leveler would have gone stayed opened. It does not look good so we now need to live with it."

"These people did some work on a sewage pipe in our driveway on the home right before we bought it. A part of our driveway started to crumble and we contacted them. On multiple occasions, who I believe is the owner and the woman who works in the front office, claimed they would put us on the schedule to have the work repaired and yet months and months go by and they never put us on the schedule. All they had to do was say "we are not coming to fix your driveway." Instead, they continued to play games and act as if they were. We even gave them another job at our house while we were waiting and they were happy to accept that money. Never again. My suggestion is to not use this company."

"THE BEST! I had a problem with my toilet that another plumbing company could not fix (yet charged me). I called Jaros (whom I had never used before) based on their reviews. They were there within two hours of the call (even though I said it was not an emergency). He had it fixed within fifteen minutes! It was apparently a very bizarre issue he had never seen before - but it got fixed pronto! Also, he was polite, neat, and very professional. The bill was less than I expected. (Jaros is now my plumber.)"
