He is quick to response even in the evening, suggested and installed lock device to stop future kid from get high by stealing 6 pounds of Freon from the air conditioner/ compressor. That costs $470.

Top Notch!!! We had a HVAC emergency and hired Beebe for the job. Charlie responded within a short time of us putting the job on HomeAdvisor even though it was Sunday morning. He was very professional, asked a few questions and set up time to come fix the problem. He was on time, knew almost right away what he was working with. It didn't take him long to confirm his hunch and was able to fix the problem with our cooling system!! I hung out outside with him as the external unit was close to some bushes and I wanted to help him do his job - it was a delight to speak to him while he was working. He's kind of like an old school gentleman and very smart and knowledgeable about his trade. Another thing I noticed was that he had great clean workmanship - thinking about how to prevent future problems as he fixed the current issue! He would also honestly tell you about things he won't tackle because he's not had much experience in certain areas outside of HVAC for example. The charge for his emergency Sunday morning visit where he replaced 2 parts of the HVAC unit was a very pleasant surprise and I will definitely be asking him back if I have any issues in the future.

Beebe is a honest contractor, he repaired a fail part and added Freon as needed for $192. I was expecting Beebe to replace my 17 years cooling system. This much lower than I expected.
