I was looking for quotes to have my mothers AC repaired. Beebe was the first to arrive and had us up and running in less than an hour! System hasn't worked in two years and they saved us from having to replace the entire unit. Very professional.

Charlie, the owner, was prompt, friendly, and informative. His pricing is very fair and competitive. He is not the type to put booties on before entering your house so if this concerns you he may not be for you. I would definitely use Beebe again.

Mr. Beebe contacted me around midnght after receiving my request for service. We briefly discussed the problem with our furnace and he set up an 8:00 am service call. He was on time and was able to quickly diagnose and fix our furnace. On top of the fast, efficient service, the cost was easy on the wallet. I have dealt with companies who charged as much to walk in the door as Mr. Beebe did for service call and repair. I would recommend his company if you are in need of heating/cooling service!

I always look at reviews before choosing a company to hire and all the reviews of Excellent Customer Service and quickness of service are right on target with Beebe Mechanical Service! Charlie definitely knows what he is doing and did not try to charge me for something that wasn't necessary. He serviced/repaired my 20+ year old furnace and made it safe for me and my family. He drove back to his shop in Pipersville to get the material to vent my furnace after a local company was unable to supply it until tomorrow. In less than 2 minutes, Charlie answered my Home Advisor emergency request and called me directly at 5:30am. Our gas furnace stopped working sometime during the early morning hours and we were awaken by the cold temps and the smell of an electrical burn. Charlie knew exactly what the issue was and was able to get the furnace working again by the end of the day by replacing the burned-out blower.

Excellent customer service, arrived on time. Quickly ascertained the problem and repaired my heater that same day. Extremely professional, trustworthy and did not try to sell me any services I did not need. I would highly recommend Beebe Mechanical to anyone in the area.

Charlie called immediately after this was posted on Home Advisor, He sounded knowledgeable and happened to be in the area. He came out a few hours later, analyzed the problem and fixed in reasonable time and cost.

No estimate given. Then $55 for an FM 55 motor mount- found the same on eBay for $17 shipped; $140 for the 1/2 HP 1075 RPM 208/230 motor- $70 on eBay; and $20 for a 5x370 run capacitor- $7 shipped online. I also think $85 for a half-hour service call seems a bit high. The $85 per hour of regular labor after that was acceptable, but all together, $400 for a job that should cost $250 - $300 is not great value. Other than that, seemed like a good repair. The man knows his stuff.

Charlie is a throw back to the kind of service and value I remember in years gone by...friendly, informative, prompt, stuck to the original price quoted. When you get anything done you are scared to death at what kind of service you will get and the bottom line. This man is the real deal for service and most important trust,..we are his for life. I called C&C who installed the heater at this development,..we'll just for a routine cleaning starting @$135 oh but if this is an emergency well that is another rate and gee we can't come out for weeks. Not with Charlie,..kudos Charlie

Charlie Beebe arrived on schedule, was very knowledgable, professional and friendly. His work was efficient and neat and he explained everything to me in "layman's terms." We are considering other projects and will definitely hire him again.

Charley came out and correctly diagnosed the issue with our central AC. Emphasis on "correctly diagnosed", because others had not correctly found the source of the problem. He literally saved us thousands because our issue turned out to be a relatively simple repair instead of a costly AC replacement. I would highly recommend others to use Beebe Mechanical Services because they will give you the "no bull" reality and not just try and sell a complete replacement if it is not necessary. Overall they did a great job and we are thankful we called them.
